It has spectacular views of the mountains and is accessed via a small plaza with a water fountain and has free parking nearby.

The house's greatest attraction is its location, with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected to the center of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is only a half-hour drive away.
