Located in the heart of the village of Zubia 3 km from Granada. It is a house of 300 square meters, full of charm, where every detail of its original era has been preserved with care. Beautifully renovated 3 bed/2 bath spacious village house with amazing views to the Sierra Nevada from the terrace. Located in the center of the village with lovely tapasbars and restaurants, at the foot of the Pantano lake and river for fresh dives in the summer and only 25 minutes to both the Ski resort and Granada with its famous Alhambra and beautiful Arabic style streets. The beach is only a 40 minute drive, and the mountain is popular for its hiking, swimming, cycling and cool summer days.

Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

David's Cave

Cave located in the surroundings of the Sacromonte Abbey, with all amenities, in a B.I.C. environment (Asset of Cultural Interest) 15 minutes from downtown Granada, and the Albaicín, with public transport 50 meters away, and 200 from the Abbey, with parking located at the same door, public, but where there is always availability. When staying in the Cueva de David, you will be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)

La Solanilla, a dreamy Andalusian farmhouse

The house's greatest attraction is its location, with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected to the center of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is only a half-hour drive away. Regarding pets, they are allowed but for an additional charge of €40 per pet, payable separately from the reservation; please check with the hosts.
