With a very quiet interior bedroom, it is located near anywhere in the center, in one of the most famous and popular neighborhoods in Granada. It has two balconies overlooking the side street of the block. Very comfortable, it has a large living room with a dining area for four people. Fully equipped kitchenette with a washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron, and clothesline. In a separate room we find a good-sized bedroom and a quiet stay. A bathroom with a shower tray located in the suite in this bedroom. The bed is 150 x 200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, restricted access by security code, and smart TV. And once you park the car, you forget you have it :) One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. He grew a devotion so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated, that to any person who prayed to the Christ of the Favors an Lord's Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

Francesca Adventure Cave

Our Cueva Aventura offers three troglodyte accommodations: the Cueva Francesca 1/3 people (accessible to people with reduced mobility), the Cueva Lucia 2/5 people and the Cueva Emilia 4/7 people. The Cueva Francesca (50 m2) consists of a private and furnished patio, a living room (equipped kitchen, hollowed sofa, table, chairs, TV), a large bedroom (1 bed of 180 and 1 bed of 90 or 3 beds of 90, supplement for the 3rd single bed), walk-in shower, sink, toilet. Our salt pool (no allergies, no smell but we thank you for the stability and maintenance of the water not to use sunscreens) lined with its small cuevas to shelter your nap as well as the barbecue and the petanque court are to be shared. The price includes bed linen (which is made on arrival), towels, pool towel, cleaning at the end of the stay and electricity. The bio-climatic feature of the cave naturally air-conditions it. Nearest airport: Granada, and it is necessary to have a vehicle. If the weather is bad: Netflix 😉 The little extras so as not to be caught off guard: dishwashing liquid, sponge, dish towels, fresh water, coffee (pods and coffee and filters), tea, sugar, basic condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper)... and small candies ✨✨✨
