It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Great penthouse less than a 1-minute walk from the promenade and Cala del Moral beach. Very bright and sunny with a south-facing orientation. Ocean views from the terrace. It has two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed, a bathroom, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, and a living room. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. The parking is private, small and the maximum car size that fits is a Volkswagen Golf type.

Wonderful beachfront apartment with spectacular ocean views. Located in the Las Gondolas development, one of the best in the area. It has two swimming pools, tennis courts, paddle tennis, basketball court, petanque, ping-pong, children's play area and 2 restaurants. The apartment has WIFI and cold/heat air conditioning and is a few minutes walk from supermarkets and bars. It has all the comforts to relax and spend an unforgettable vacation.
