Boy's hut, Sygard Listad. Olav the Holy 1021

Drengestu on the farm Sygard Listed is newly renovated. The farm has no animals, but you live on historical grounds. Olav the Holy lived for 6 days on the Listad in 1021 to prepare a meeting with Dale-Gudbrand during the Christianization of Norway. Water in the tap is from "Olavskilden". The farmhouse is located in the middle of Gudbrandsdalen, midway between Oslo and Trondheim. Nearest neighbor is Sør-Fron Church (Gudbrandsdals Cathedral). Driving distance to Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Peer Gynt on Gålå or Rondane, Jotunheimen and Geiranger.

There is a short distance to the Birkebeineren ski stadium which has a large network of hiking trails. 15 minutes drive to Nordseter and about 20 minutes drive to Sjusjøen with great hiking trails and ski slopes. Hoppbakken is only 3 minutes drive from the cabin with great views of the city. 5 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store. For alpine skiing you have Hafjell which is 25 minutes away and Kvitfjell 1 hour away.

Welcome to Sauefjøset Here you get; - Stunning views from your own patio - Historic feel in renovated sheep barn - Perfect starting point for outdoor activities - Free parking - Wifi Sauefjøset is idyllically located on a tuna on the sunny side in Skjåk. There are five buildings on the farm dating from the 1800s. Sauefjøset was renovated in 2023 for rental. There are two double beds (150cm) - one down and one up on the meadow. Cheerful house - Dog sledding and nature experience

The house is suitable for both adults and families with children. If you come to us, you can say hello to our 20 gentle alaska huskies. If we have availability, you can order a sleigh ride. We tailor short or long trips. Run your own dog sled! From us there is a short distance to the mountain. It's a 5 minute grocery store. It is about 15 minutes to Dombås and about 35 minutes to Bjorli. Both places have prepared ski tracks and alpine facilities. Bjorli has a climbing park.

Log cabin of 36 m2 with central heating and wood stove, located in a peaceful place with 3 other cabins. Short distance to parking. We charge for bed linen, NOK 125 per person, including towels. If you have a sleeping bag, we want you to rent sheets and pillowcases, NOK 60 per person. Let us know when booking the cabin.
