The first thing is to show my gratitude to Roman and Isabel. We had a little problem and they turned to help and look for the solution. For that, michas, thank you. As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

Fabulous accommodation for our girls holiday. Close to the metro for transport to the city & not too far by taxi. Great communication from the host. Would recommend.

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Very well located apartment, very close to the supermarkets to shop and restaurants, in addition to being on the beachfront. Clean and tidy apartment, ideal for spending your vacations. Very good service from the owners of the apartment.

The whole family spent a week in this fantastic house. Everything was very well cared for and Alfred was always ready and very attentive to details. 100% recommended. We all loved it.

A perfect place to stay for a few days with family. In our case we traveled 4 generations, I went from my grandfather to my baby. It is true that you have to climb stairs to go up to the floor where the toilet, kitchen and living room are, but if you don't mind climbing stairs, the house is perfect. It's not missing any detail. It's very close to the beach and the beach is great, fine sand and very clean water and perfect for kids and seniors. The beds are quite comfortable and that there was airing in the rooms it was a pretty important detail due to the big heat wave we've had. For us it was a perfect stay, a place to repeat.

We are a family of 5 and we felt right at home in this apartment. Maty was an exceptional host, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. Communication was smooth and excellent. The apartment is ideal for families, with a spacious and beautiful terrace where we spent unforgettable moments. The decor is cozy and thoughtful, and the terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors. In addition, the apartment has all the amenities: lots of natural light, heating and air conditioning, and parking in the same building. We would certainly repeat our stay at this apartment. It is highly recommended for families or groups looking for a cozy and well-equipped place.

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

Berta’s apartment is very comfortable. 100m from the beach with a bar restaurant available. Plenty of car parking outside and a very nice balcony with a lovely sea view to enjoy morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. We were very happy with the apartment and will stay again in the future.

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia, the property was perfect for us. Coming at Easter was amazing with all the Easter parades in the area, which were spectacular. Great location for the beach and the seafood restaurants, as well as the historic centre and the science and art park, Jardin Turia etc. We used the Valenbisi bikes to get around they were so easy. Alejandro, was super helpful, responsive and a great host. We went to his Tapas Restaurant Casa Montana, the food, wine and service were excellent, I would highly recommend 😊

We had a great time in Valencia and Jordi’s apartment is in a great location. The apartment is basic but comfortable and perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the shower nice and hot.

Great vacation option. Rented accommodation for 2 families. The apartment matches the photos. The apartment is clean, and spacious for 2 families with kids. Great location close to Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciencies. The old town can be reached in 20 minutes, several bus routes. Across the street is the City of Sciences and Arts. Nearby is a shopping mall and a large number of good restaurants right in the courtyard of the complex. Bernardo is a very responsive owner. And tries to help as much as possible.

As the apartment is described - it is. The bathroom is big enough for 4 people. The kitchen has everything to cook every day. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the annex. Vegetables, fish, meat, bread and other can all be reached in a few blocks. The public transport connections are very close and run often. The location of the apartment was wonderful for our first trip to Valencia. Valencia - apartment - and the hostess were lucky for us.

Santiago was responsive and helpful. The house is very spacious, accommodated 7 adults and 4 children with ease. There is a large fenced off area in the back where children can play safely.

Marta a great host with good communication. The accommodation faithful to the description and photos. Next to a supermarket and 7 min walk to the beach of Canet and the promenade area with restaurants.

Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Luis was super friendly, responsive, and amazing! We were given good recommendations and he was very flexible with check in and check out. I highly recommend!

The temperature in the apartment was very pleasant, while it was quite cold outside. There was plenty of everything, dishes, cutlery, linens. Excellent furnished kitchen. Good security of the apartment.

We had a great time of three weeks in the beautifully furnished apartment. Nothing was missing, thoughtful & well equipped, everything worked so far. Questions were answered promptly and flexibly, we were even able to check in a little early. Typical for the region and regardless of the great accommodation, we were occasionally plagued by mosquitoes at night. The parking space in the underground garage could be used by us (even with SUV and some maneuvering possible). Overall absolutely recommended, thank you, we would come back!

Just a fabulous stay for us, a family of 5. Loads of space, great pool, great big outdoor terrace and great paella from Manolo and Sue and we were very happy to relax in the calm surroundings. There is a fab bakery, a couple of friendly bars which serve tasty food and a basic supermarket all within walking distance. Great places to eat and supermarkets further out within a 10 minute drive. Olocau, Bétera and La Pobla vallbona. Overall we loved the space and peace and Duna the dog. Sue and Manolo were great hosts, easygoing and helpful. The house has loads of room, loads of bathrooms, big kitchen with everything you need, big TV with fire stick. Wi-Fi. About a 30 minute drive north of Valencià or park and ride and get a metro from Godella. We loved it, even the cicadas just became part of the day. Looking forward to returning again!
