The first thing is to show my gratitude to Roman and Isabel. We had a little problem and they turned to help and look for the solution. For that, michas, thank you. As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

Very well located apartment, very close to the supermarkets to shop and restaurants, in addition to being on the beachfront. Clean and tidy apartment, ideal for spending your vacations. Very good service from the owners of the apartment.

From the first minute OF YOUR HOME. The house has everything you need to spend a great vacation, from the kitchen or cleaning products, to the beach chairs or umbrella. Everything is clean and well kept. Both the mattresses and the sofa bed are very comfortable (maybe the children's beds are somewhat noisy but without more...). The development is very quiet and familiar, with pools, gardens, trees... It is somewhat away from downtown (5 minutes by car) and may be too quiet for some, but we were just what we are looking for. As the only one sticks, to say that the WiFi was somewhat slow, but it is a problem of the community not of the house itself. Lastly, the communication with Mayte is very fast and very friendly. Since we didn't have any problems, we didn't talk much, but she was always attentive and willing to clarify any questions we may have. We'd repeat (...we'll repeat...) without a doubt.

Ideal location to disconnect from the city a few days. Being able to open the door of the house and go for a walk with the loose dog has been what we liked the most. The house is huge, all rooms have their own bathroom (great if you go with more people). The kitchen and the paellero all equipped so you don't have to bring anything from home. We had the heating programmed every day to sleep well warm, that was a detail. To put a hit, the bed is from docks and we personally don't like it very much.

The stay was just perfect. Alexandra & Josep welcomed us by giving us a taste of their products. They are lovely and always responded very quickly. Listing matches photos, and what we expected (hot tub is always a plus) The accommodation was warm upon arrival. Small village but charming and very nice locals. Good surprise as a motorist, the presence in the village of a charging plug at a very reasonable rate. Thank you to both of you and see you soon!

Apartment located in one of the best developments in the "Las Fuentes" area in Alcoceber, next to the promenade, and with essential services just a stone's throw away, such as a supermarket and pharmacy just 50 meters away. The apartment is on the first floor but is similar in height to a second floor apartment, with a large terrace overlooking the gardens, the development's swimming pool, and the sea. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and one bathroom, well-equipped. There is A/C in the living room and bedrooms, as well as fans. The kitchen was well-equipped, perhaps it could use a dishwasher, but on the other hand it had a dryer, which is very useful in a beach area. The fridge may not cool much, but it's not a problem and it does its job. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable for four people. The interaction with the owners was excellent, one of the days we had a problem that they solved quickly. In short, totally recommended.

Great apartment in a very well maintained residence, close to the sea. Only downside ,to park in August is a bit complicated but since the environment is nice we quickly forget.

The accommodation is very nice, it has a fantastic terrace with very nice views of the village and the mountains. Begoña was very attentive and I made it easy for us to check out without worrying about the time. It's a great option if you want to visit the area of Matraña.

We were great in the house, equipped with everything you need. Espe is very nice, responds quickly. We didn't lack anything. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay. Eulalia is a fantastic host who looked after us well. It's great to get the chance to know the local style of life and see the horses. Our son quickly made friends with the two pet dogs and he had a lot of fun with these gentle friends. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

The accommodation was as advertised, everything in perfect condition, very clean and tidy. Daniel, the host, was available at all times, friendly and willing to help you with whatever was needed. We'll save this place for future trips to the area.

We had a wonderful time at Elena's place. The house was cozy and cozy. A combination of rustic and modern. The patio is a great place to sit in the sun or in the shade , overlooking the church tower with the folding storks and with lots of chirping of small birds. The area is beautiful for walking or cycling but do not expect "resting places " or restaurants on the way... you have to take care of that yourself. Furthermore, there are nice and beautiful places in the area and in Alcañiz there are plenty of shops to do shopping. Elena is a fantastic hostess. The first night we had some problems with the electricity.... She came right away to see if it could be solved. The day after, she inquired if everything was ok and another day later was Spain's major power outage. Also then she tried to let us know and informed us the day after (when the weather was possible) how we were doing. I would go there again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Ideal place to spend a few days getting to know the city. The accommodation is located near a wide variety of supermarkets and cafes and practically next to the city center. The main room and bathroom are very spacious and the street quite quiet. Both Miriam and Merche were aware that our stay was comfortable, giving us breakfast products and recommending restaurants and tourist places. We hope to repeat next year.

I had a wonderful stay at Susana‘s little house with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The place is very cosy and has everything you need to relax for a few nights. The location is great, just a couple of walking minutes to the main square.

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped, in a secure and quiet residence. The air conditioning in the living room is nice. The apartment is close to everything. The terrace is large with a great view. Large pool maintained daily. Very nice beach 5 min walk. The value is good. Mario is friendly, very responsive and gives a lot of useful information. We will be happy to come back if we come back.

Margarita is a great person, very flexible despite my frequent changes of opinion has always been open and hassle-free❤️ The apartment is quiet very friendly neighbors. I stayed at Margarita's place for almost 3 months and everything was great :) Beautiful neighborhood, close to the beach, shops about 700 meters away. It's been a perfect choice. Both Cesar at a distance, and António, his father, there, have made everything very easy and has left us wanting to repeat. The house is located in a privileged place. Breathtaking views. Quiet. Silence. You need a car to get around but everything is about 5-10 minutes away. The ideal pool to be quiet as there were seldom people. It has everything you might need and more. The kitchen is fully equipped. Useful for the beach Games… Vamos, nothing that is missing. Thank you for your kindness and we hope to see you again.

The house is nicely quiet. By car, it's still only 10 minutes to Alcossebre. The view over land and sea is breathtaking. Unfortunately, we were missing a drying rack to the existing washing machine. A highlight is also the pool, beautifully large and deep.. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the house.

We were very happy guests at Mónica and Robert's and would have liked to have stayed much, much longer. From the very beginning, we felt well looked after. Many little things were anticipated by the two of them so that you had the feeling that you knew each other well. They were very careful about our privacy and were so quiet that we never noticed that they were even next door in their building. Thanks for everything! We'll be back!

Fantastic place, there were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. House and garden are very well maintained, very clean and furnished with attention to detail. We were warmly welcomed including many small touches and the contact with Lena was great at all times. I can recommend the place in good conscience and would come back!
