We had a pleasant stay. The advertisement is exactly what it is. We were greeted by Yvette, very friendly and understanding following our late arrival. We ate several times at the Che Loco restaurant which I recommend, quality, welcome and very good atmosphere accessible at 800m. Thanks to Kevin and Yvette.

A great stay in a very nice place. The villa is very pretty and has everything you expect for a holiday. Mickael is very friendly and the communication was perfect. I recommend it!

A well presented, spacious villa with a great pool area. Ideal for a week or two away in the sun. Spacious living area and well appointed. Be aware that, if you are from the UK and want TV you will need your media log in details or your firestick. The place is very secure and the local comercial area is about 15 minutes walk. Here you can find shops and resturants . Be aware the walk back is all uphill !!

Great stay to stay with 9 friends. Walking distance as well as several supermarkets. The heated swimming pool and sauna was a great added value.

Beautiful villa, very well kept, with private swimming pool. Possibility to have a heated pool, which is really a plus during the winter period. Impeccable layout of the villa, everything is well thought out for the well-being of the tenants. Quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants, etc.... Together with 3 friends, I stayed in Sylvia's beautiful, cozy house. We had a really lovely time! The house has every comfort, clean, tidy and cozy. The beds are very good. We found the spacious, sunny garden with sunbeds to be a big advantage. It is also very nice that you walk into the village of San Miguel in no time; the supermarket, bakery and various cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and shopping center are easy to drive to. In addition, the apartment is well insulated, we were not bothered by noise from the neighbors or from the outside. The communication with Sylvia has also been very pleasant. We recommend this holiday home to everyone!

Thank you Carmela and Berend for a beautiful place to stay. After a long day sight seeing it was great to come back to a beautiful tranquil house and area to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

Due to an issue with a previous accommodation we had to find something else. Christian was very accommodating and helped us out with the transition. The place is stunning and has everything you can wish for. The beach and some restaurants are in walkable distance, but a car is still beneficial to explore the wider area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with a group of friends and it was fantastic. Super comfortable beds, spacious rooms and great location. 30 second walk to the markets. The pool was absolutely stunning also. I would absolutely stay here again!

Affordable accommodation within walking distance of Torrevieja, beaches and city center. Close to the good running area. Both urban and in nature what a quiet area but still with proximity to everything you need. Both we and the teenagers had a great time.

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at this villa and everything was beyond perfect! Antonio sent super clear instructions and directions a couple of days before our arrival, along with the house manual. We travelled with our 16 month old baby and all the equipment we needed was provided with no additional cost. We paid to have the pool heated (which I highly recommend!) as it meant our little one could enjoy it too without getting cold. The villa itself is super spacious and very clean and tidy. Antonio and Elena have provided lots of amenities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Antonio was super responsive and checked in with us most days. We had the best time making memories here and hope to come back again soon! Thanks so much 😁

We had a lovely stay. Very typical house in a very good location. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the center . It is very nice to be able to enjoy the two terraces well exposed and with a very nice view . Please note that the double beds are not wide .

beautiful house with a very nice heated pool, each bedroom has its own bathroom and the house is easily liveable with 6 people. There is a small shopping centre nearby so it is easy to get groceries and other necessities. We do recommend hiring a car to visit a lot of the nearby cities and villages. overall we loved our stay and would certainly recommend this house
