Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

Fantastic house – perfect for the family! Large, spacious and with all the amenities you could wish for. The pool and jacuzzi were a big plus, and the location near the beach could not have been better. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Everything worked smoothly and we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

We 100% recommend Raquel’s place. We stayed for a month with our dog, and we had everything we needed for a long term stay. As others have mentioned, the view from the condo is amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The complex is very dog friendly. The location is terrific for the local beaches + day trips to Calp, Santa Pola and Elche. We spent several days visiting Alicante for the central market, the castle, restaurants and shopping. Raquel is extremely helpful and responsive. In fact, she went out of her way to help us obtain an EU pet passport for our dog. We definitely hope to return.

We've had 10 good days in Alicante- have seen many exciting things. Have used the Light Rail, which works perfectly. We have enjoyed the beach area which is about 800 meters from the apartment. The apartment is in good condition, we didn't need anything. We'd love to come again.

M Rosario and his wife were very nice and helpful there Airbnb was very clean and well worth the money I would strongly recommend their home restaurants and bars and the beach all very close by

The apartment was great,the hot tub was magnificent with a large terrace, it was better than the pictures. I can only recommend it to everyone. 2 separate bathrooms were a treasure.

it was simply amazing! Views are absolutely stunning but this is just a cherry on the cake, believe me! We fell in love with the quiet neighbourhood with plenty of fantastic restaurants (and one outstanding french bakery), wide promenade going along the beach and the swimming pool downstairs. Moreover, the flat itself is really well equipped, we spent there some great evenings and enjoyed it very much. Whole region of Costa Blanca offers so much that everybody will find something for themselves. Last but not least, we travelled with our 4-month baby and we found all the places comfortable and accessible. Fully recommended!!

We had a wonderful time with the family, it's a beautiful place! I'm going to miss having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. Everything is just like the photos and Carmen is very attentive and concerned about our well-being, we will definitely be back!!!

I really want to thank the hosts the accommodation I have nothing to say modern beautiful new furniture clean building even remotely it responds very quickly you are not alone there is transportation nearby if you want to walk more commercial the beach and just a 3-minute walk the most swimming pools above the roof frankly I wait but I will come back my mother was very surprised since it was for her this trip and very satisfied and will come back there are several modern accommodations around the beaches of Torrevieja. Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Franziska was a very good host. She told us that due to local market on Wednesdays, some of the streets were not allowed to park on from midnight night to Wednesday night. What is in Spanish only on signs.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and didn't bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce section. She had good knowledge of cheese and more. We will be back and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

My first trip on Airbnb Apartment exactly as in the pictures. Super clean. You've thought of everything. All necessary kitchen utensils are available. Carlos was immediately accessible. Key handover with key box perfect. Carlos has described exactly - even with video - what to do. Wasn't necessarily my area but I would definitely go back to Carlos. Thank you again.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Manuel’s place was gorgeous. The views speak for themselves. The location is perfect and you’re able to walk to a bunch of restaurants on the beach. You are also close to downtown Alicante. Manuel was the nicest man and so helpful sending so many recommendations! Would highly recommend staying here!

I'm very happy with my stay. Very nice neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as in the photos, clean and very comfortable. I received detailed information on how to get to the apartment, about attractions and shops in the area. Very good contact with the landlord. I recommend this apartment to everyone. :)

we had a lovely time at this property,4 adults, beds were all very comfortable .peaceful yet close walking distance to local mercadano/supermarket , bars, restaurants in playa flamenca commercial centre. gorgeous front patio area to have breakfast in the sun and relax during day and evening. great cooking facilities, all spotless clean, great host with welcome drink and fully stocked essentials in cupboard. easy check in/check out, lovely decor inside and out, felt very homely , lovely views of the sea from front bedroom balcony. lots of Birdlife and lovely local walks on numerous local beaches. secure gated and friendly neighbours. would highly recommend would stay again. thank you .
