The house totally exceeded our expectations: impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Every corner was carefully maintained, and you could see the love put into the place. The location is perfect, quiet but close to everything, ideal for resting without being far from the main attractions. Cristina, always available, very kind, made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He even had touches that made the stay even more special. We would definitely come back without thinking twice. 100% recommended!

Our stay was very good. Jorge was very kind at all times, always showing interest in our well-being and making sure we didn't miss anything. The house was perfectly located, as indicated in the description, very close to the beach, which was ideal to enjoy a few days of rest by the sea. In addition, it was very well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home.

Gracia is a lovely and very responsive host. The apartment is so clean and spacious. Very close to beach, 2 min walk. 2 mins walk to grocery Market also. For anyone working from home, the WiFi does not extend to the bedrooms. Gracia was very helpful in lending us her own extension box to solve the problem. WiFi in sitting room is very fast! can handle multiple devices. Seems like a residential block of very nice families (including the host). The sound proofing is not so good as with alot if apartments, so it can be noisy. Again, Gracia tried to help with this. Beautiful area with very lovely people. Difficult to get to from airport if not driving. Alsa bus goes from Valencia to Gandia 15 mins away and then a taxi to Bellreguard which is sooooo much cheaper than a taxi from airport (€155 ). We had a great time at Gracias place overall.
