It's right next to Piazza Matteotti, so it was really convenient when coming from the train station or shopping at the big supermarket. Santa Chiara Cathedral is also close, and St. Francis Cathedral is a 10-15 minute walk, so it's nice to be able to go easily. There were two bathrooms, and the kitchen was well-equipped, so it was convenient. However, if you are uncomfortable with the stairs, it would be good to consider that there are stairs from the front door to the room and kitchen. It won't be a problem for young people. Above all, Anna, the host, is kind, thoughtful, and very nice. They always asked me if I needed anything and gave me what I needed right away, so I was very comfortable. It is highly recommended for those who stay in Assisi for a long time.

Andrea was the perfect host and very helpful welcoming and generous . The place was even better than the photos. We loved it and it was really spacious. The 2 bathrooms are connect sound wise which one might Kline to know depending on familiarity of the co guest. It's nicely decorated and i a peaceful village . All perfect!

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

We had a great stay at the Abbey. The natural surroundings are beautiful and it has a spectacular view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside under the olive trees and using the bbq area.

The stay went very well. Everything matches the descriptions. Easy to reach and easy to follow the directions regarding check-in and check-out for which we had extreme flexibility. The hosts are very attentive to the needs and available. The house is cozy and well organized, equipped with the main comforts.

Fantastic place, very nice house we stayed comfortably in 7 with 3 bathrooms among other things there are no problems… clean tidy and very spacious house. The playroom was very much liked, especially by my 4-year-old daughter, who would have stayed there all the time instead of coming around with us. Beautiful outdoor garden, with lots of games much loved by children and everything you need to eat and grill and in fact we took advantage of it. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful both with regard to the house and the advice they gave us about the surroundings to visit. If I had to go back there, we'd definitely like to go back to this house. Amazing!

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

Spello is a lovely city, but small enough to feel comfortable in right away. The apartment has lovely views, a nice terrace and is a few minutes from the sites, restaurants and stores. Also very near the station for excursions. Roberto is a very considerate host, and it was a lovely stay.

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Erica’s was the perfect home base. Erica provided snacks, coffee, cold drinks and, most impressively, home made olive oil! The accommodation was very spacious and clean, comfortable, and quiet. With all the amenities of home. I could not recommend Erica’s more.

This a perfect place to stay while visiting Spello. The apartment is a short walk to the old historic city, pastry and coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops and grocery store. There is also a good winery about 2 miles from the apartment. The hosts are exceptional. As we arrived, we were greeted with a large bowl of fruit, sparkling wine, a container of cookies, and everything you need for cooking including coffee, milk and other staples. The apartment is very comfortable and roomy with two decks to enjoy the sun. Communication was also excellent. I got instant replies to my questions. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the conveniences it provided as a home base to explore Umbria. Laura was extremely communicative. She was helpful in making arrangements to store our bags ahead of check in and she provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Her flat provided incredible views and was as described in the listing. It was in a central location in the center of Perugia, which made everything including the mini metro easily accessible. Do recommend!

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Very nice house with attention to detail, comfortable and equipped with everything you need, super accessible and with the possibility of parking in front of the door of the house. It is located in a quiet place near the center, which can be reached on foot with a few minutes uphill and then with the escalators. Thanks to Stefania for her kindness and hospitality!

Great accommodation, traveling with my wife for a fair in Bastia, a few minutes drive away. Convenient area with all amenities and private parking nearby. Great communication with the host, clean apartment, tidy with all amenities. If I need to stay overnight in the area, I will definitely contact this property again! See you next time!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Narni! Highly recommend

Accommodation as described. Right next to San Rufino so in the heart of downtown, but very quiet at night because it faces an internal courtyard. I recommend taking the parking space recommended by Francesco because it is covered and close, at only 10 euros per day. Large and livable terrace with chairs and sofa, splendid view, incredible sunset over Assisi and Santa Chiara! Worth the price paid. Full kitchen with oil, salt, etc. and Francesco is a kind and friendly person!
