Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Me and my wife had a wonderful week in Patrizia’s farm house. The location of the house has allowed us to discover most touristic and hidden gems of all central-Italy. It has a very strategic geographical location as well as a wonderful place to stay. Patrizia was very available since the second we booked with her. She and her family welcomed us as if we are part of their family. They are very kind and generous people who values the land and nature. I loved the olive trees, the mountains, the kaka trees, the pomegranate trees and the beautiful clear sky from her wide balcony. We were able to immerse, recharge and reconnect with nature, breathe the clearest air and eat the yummiest food. From her location we visited more than 10 Medieval 🏰 villages, PIENZA,Florence, Assisi ,Pisa, and most of Umbria and more because of the convenient location of her place. It was a beautiful place filled with beautiful memories. Thank you Patrizia and your lovely family for everything, see u soon ❤️❤️

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Monia's place works very well for a long term stay. It's a very silent and peaceful area. The home is quite modern with nice style and has what you need for daily living including an ok desk for remote working. Note, that the wifi does not span the full house but easily fixed buying a cheap wifi repeater. Perfect with several outside sitting areas and the upper terrace. Daily shopping and a few restaurants is within 15-20 minutes walk. Only missing a good local bar for your afternoon Aperitivo - here you may need to drive down town. The location is perfect for trips to Roma (1 hour with train) and trips to Assisi, Spoleto, etc. Monia is a very good host. Flexible and quick responses when needed. Thank you, Monia, for inviting us for your olive tasting event and good hints and tips for local sightseeing.

I stayed in Alessandra's apartment with my husband and my brothers-in-law with the intention of visiting the area. Perfect accommodation for 4, with two bathrooms that gave each couple their own privacy. Everything comfortable and very clean, with many details that made our stay easy and very pleasant. The terrace overlooking the countryside and the lake is very enjoyable and a real poem. It was a very pleasant stay in every respect!

The stay at Federica's was wonderful. His house is in a charming location, a short walk from Perugia. The interiors reflect Federica's sunny and elegant soul, who was extremely helpful and excellent company during our stay. Surely, as soon as possible, we will return to "Casa Perla" in the company of our little dog.

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.
