As soon as you walk through the entrance of the Bocci Residence you will be enchanted by the beauty of the location... A place immersed in nature where you can relax, but at the same time it has a strategic location to be able to easily reach Assisi, Spello, Rasiglia and the Marmore Falls(to name a few!). The welcome breakfast was fabulous especially for the taste of cakes made by Leonardo's mother (too bad I didn't have it every day!) The apartment on the first floor overlooking the pool has a rustic style but at the same time elegant. I highly recommend staying with Leonardo, an experienced host, if you are in Foligno in Umbria.

I had a great nights stay here! Very welcoming and lovely hosts! I was looked after from the moment I arrived and even had my dinner made for me! The home is beautifully presented and I had a great nights sleep. Clean and tidy! The stay was very reasonably priced, easy to find and I’d highly recommend! :)

We stayed with Stefy and Gianluca for a week. It was just fantastic and we immediately felt at home. Our hosts were so warm and always made us feel welcome. They developed a special Bond into our little son and it was just nice to be there. Breakfast was fresh every day and very tasty, just incredible. The room very clean and super Calm. The absolute highlight for us and our son was of course the pool and a pizza night together (in the heat). From the house you can make very good excursions and explore the area. We did a lot, but far from everything, that's why: dear Stefy, dear Gianluca, thank you so much for the great week, we will be back. :)

This gem of a find right in the heart of the medieval village walls was amazing. Our balcony over looking the square & fountain full of genuine Italian history, charm & character. Laura was the perfect host with wonderful communication & generous knowledge & assistance. Our room was clean , cosy & the shower great! We ate & drank directly in the square eating traditional cuisine in a perfect setting. Breakfast was stress free with great choice. A delight to stay for our first night in Italy 🇮🇹

Very clean room, great for short stays. Located in a good spot near the station in a quiet area and well connected by transportation. Thanks to the host for a beautiful stay, I would definitely go back!

I had a wonderful time with Eva. If you are looking for a break from everyday life and finally want to relax, this is the place to be. Eva's delicious breakfast with a view of the surrounding untouched nature provides the perfect start to the day. Eva is not only a very loving and attentive host, I also learned a lot from her. Walking through the surrounding nature, she showed me how wild asparagus grows and I also saw wild orchids there for the first time. I spent most of the time in the workshop at the hub, and Eva is also an excellent teacher there. I enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime again!

The country house is the ideal place to relax with the family and enjoy a unique experience in an environment away from stress and surrounded by nature, Mara and all the staff are very kind and always available, we will return as soon as possible

A wonderful beautiful farm stay with a nice breakfast, great animals and friends for life. We were very late arriving and it was no problem. You can often also observe things being done on the farm like milking cows and cheese making. The room was nice and big with a patio, adjustable heat, great bathroom and water & glasses. Great people to get to know and hang out with. Fantastic local restaurant suggestions made our stay even better.

Stuart and Katrina are two fantastic hosts! Friendly, helpful and very kind. The house surrounded by nature is very enjoyable, the pool is super and the room is quiet and well maintained. Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Raffaella and her husband are very nice hosts. We felt welcomed. We stayed with them for 2 days for a little relaxation and tranquility and that's what we found, but also much more: the surroundings are beautiful there is, much to explore and visit. Bomarzo, Viterbo (the fantastic feast of Santa Rosa that left us speechless), Orte and more. We'll be back. Our kids loved the pool with whirlpool! In Amelia there is a nice park where children can play and adults can relax with a drink in the kiosk. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and was a real treat. Super super recommended!
