We had a great time at Clarissa and Antonio's cottage which is in a beautiful and quiet location but close to the center of the village of Radicofani. You can walk there and there are small shops and good restaurants. The cottage is well-equipped, clean and very nice. We were greeted by Sara and Marcello who are very friendly and very nice. We really enjoyed the small welcoming touches. The cottage is in a very good location geographically for visiting the main villages of Tuscany and enjoying beautiful landscapes. We were able to enjoy the pool at the end of the stay which was very nice. We would happily stay at Clarissa and Antonio's again.

Great accommodation for visiting the nearby and famous places of the region. Monica was really kind and professional, ensuring that everything, from the stay to communication to check-in, went off without a hitch. A recommended experience!

Jan’s place, right in the line separating Tuscany from Umbria, was a welcome base for exploring both. It was well-appointed, the upstair bedroom has a view of the beautiful countryside, and allowed for cooking (which we enjoyed). The area is full of interesting and lovely spots to explore. We really enjoyed the lakes and Castiglione del Lago, and Chiusi is also nearby. Jan was an extremely helpful and responsive host. She extended herself to find ways to make us feel comfortable.

We can not say enough good things about this host and their location. Our plans had to be adjusted due to rail strike and host was so helpful with changed check in time and taking us back to town to pick up rental car. The location is a beautiful farm. The host shared his knowledge of olives and vineyards. I can't wait to get home so I can use the farm's olive oil in my kitchen. The only problem was we didn't book a long enough stay! Highly recommend this location.

Very quiet accommodation in a beautiful countryside of Umbria with only birds and sun to wake you up in the morning. Lots of great villages nearby and of course Perouse and Assisi! Hugues also has plenty of great places to recommend!

Absolutely incredible. The property, the room, the surrounding area, the hosts, and of course their precious pup who roams the property looking for belly rubs. The pool was great for the hot days. The hosts were so timely, communicative, and great with recommendations. I highly, highly recommend staying here for a great Tuscany experience!

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. A pool heated to 33 degrees - just the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are available, everything is fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road) and adjust to the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the tranquility and the view! Dinner at the oil mill is worth the money and the trip. 11 days went by too quickly.

We had wonderful stay at Casale Zeno. The pristine environment is exactly what we needed and the beautiful sceneries surrounding the property were divine. Jo and Tony are very friendly hosts and it was pleasure staying at their place. We really appreciate all the small details provided in the accommodation along with the super comfortable mattress and pillows. The house is a perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the fantastic region around it. We would happily come back and recommend it. Thank you for a magical stay!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. A very nice stay in Tuscany. Within driving distance to many great destinations - Montepulciana, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena. If you just want to relax, it is a very peaceful place with a lovely pool. The grocery store was 5 minutes away and Marian always had wonderful recommendations for us.

A wonderful stay! The grounds were beautiful, an easy drive to the lovely town of Assisi, and the pool was perfect for the hot day. Eddie was super helpful with giving us parking suggestions for Assisi, which was a big help! Wish we could have stayed long. A relaxing retreat.

We stayed for 13 nights and enjoyed every minute spending time in such a beautiful and relaxing home. Clean and tidy with so much outdoor space was just magical. Scenery was amazing and everything was true to what was advertised and described. Dror was so responsive we really appreciated that. Thank you for what was everything we had dreamed it would be. Without hesitation would recommend to anyone.

Definitely one of the best airbnbs I ever experienced! The position is perfect: immersed in nature, but close to Spoleto and other Umbrian towns and cities. The interior of the house was spotless, well designed and comfortable. Great attention to details everywhere. The exterior was just as amazing. Very quiet, great privacy and beautiful view of the olive trees. Host welcomed us when we arrived and was very responsive. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

Wonderful property. Just outside of the city, but a super close drive in. Great grocery stores, restaurants, and experiences close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Family loved the villa and pool. The closest village is only a few minutes away and has stunning views. There's a great butcher in town as well.

Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed our stay, the large living and dining area is very cozy and the fireplace has created a wonderful winter atmosphere. The amenities of the bathrooms, the rooms and the kitchen are wonderful, modern and stylish. The house is ideal for larger groups, with no one having to give up a retreat. The location is very quiet and the view of the surrounding hills magnificent. At the same time, the house is strategically located and within an hour you will find great excursion destinations (Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Montepulciano...). Our host was always available and we were warmly welcomed. We will be happy to come back!
