Beautiful accommodation to spend a weekend in peace with friends, the owners were hospitable and always available for anything you needed, the house is tidy and clean, the view is splendid. We will be happy to return.

Marco and Chiara are impeccable hosts. Nice, always ready with answers, helpful and full of excellent directions and tips on the surroundings (restaurants, excursions, shopping for typical products...). Casa Azul is a really beautiful and special house. Not only designed to stay there but to be experienced just like home. Complete with everything and in an ideal location to reach all the classic Umbrian destinations. We stayed very comfortably in 6 as well as a little dog, towards which the homeowners were very welcoming. If I return to the area I will try to repeat the Casa Azul experience!

Great accommodation to get away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by greenery, peace and silence.... The view from the terrace over the lake is beautiful!! Functional and cozy house with private parking. Great base for visiting the most beautiful Umbrian cities.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

We were greeted by Rina’s son who was very nice, friendly and prompt in answering any questions. The apartmebt is a stunning renovated Umbrian barn with fine Deruta ceramics inside. Cozy and immersed in the lovely countryside. We would higly recommend this place.

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of the beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The garden with pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal to relax with a good book or to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. But it's the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information about places to visit and recommended restaurants makes all the difference. I highly recommend Casa Elisa to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tuscany, living an authentic and unforgettable experience.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. Beauty in Cortona was absolutely what we felt and saw. Alessandra went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome before and during our stay. We had everything we needed as we used this home as a base point for our Italy explorations. We easily got to Cortona, Siena and Montepulciano. There are a gazillion excellent restaurants so we didn’t cook at all. If we had chosen to cook, the kitchen appeared to have what we would have needed. We would definitely come back and thanks so much to our amazing hostess.

As others have indicated, this was a 5 star Airbnb experience. The apartment was cozy and comfortable and Paolo was incredibly responsive. We loved our 4 night stay and would not hesitate to recommend the apartment.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Wonderful experience for the accommodation, the area and the weather. The house is equipped with all amenities and allowed us an impeccable stay. The access instructions were clear and we immediately found the place and the entrance. Giuseppina and her son Maurizio were friendly and very helpful. Giuseppina also allowed us to give her a little help in a typical activity of the area during this time. Unforgettable memory 🫒🫒

What can I say.. Matteo was amazing. He went above and beyond nothing was a bother to him. He offered his services to collect us when we arrived by train, took us to the supermarket and even gave us a short tour around the area n village. On our departure Matteo again picked us up and took us to the train station and took all the worry of us working out how to get there. We were there for a wedding and stayed 7 days. Defiantly need a car to get around but if you dont and want to just chill you can definitely do that as well. It's a beutiful little village. The cafe and restaurants were so friendly you felt welcomed. If didnt live so far away would be back again . Defiantly recommend 👌

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.

Beautiful and clean place. I just recommend it since we had a good weekend with so much activities (volleyball, football…) . I’m thankful for it and maybe next year again:)

Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the valley. Quiet and comfortable even during business days, beautiful large garden and easily usable with magnificent plants! Contacts with the owners have always been very quick and courteous, ready to meet any questions or needs. Great vacation!

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We spent New Year's Eve in this B&B located in a stunning location and the host Marco was very kind, an exquisite person. A lovely, clean and well-stocked B&B; perfect for escaping from the city, silence and nature dominate here.

A charming quiet place surrounded by nature. Suitable for those like us who need to get away from daily stress. A clean, tidy environment inside with care x every detail of the house. Outside with a manicured garden on every corner and in the pool. Mr. Giorgio, very friendly and helpful, made us feel at home. We spent a week in total peace. I highly recommend it
