Felt right at home in this lovely spot! Apartment was spotless and very comfortable, with every detail considered. Great walkable location, plenty of amazing restaurants and bars nearby.

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place for only about 2 people. I was not aware it was a studio..I did not read fully but beautiful place. They were able to accommodate quickly. I would recommend and return.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

Alex was excellent and the place matched. Clean and very comfortable. When going to Airbnbs my biggest thing is having a clean bathroom and I have no complaints. The place was clean and very comfortable. We definitely plan on staying again but next time one with a balcony.

The view was fantastic, watching the lights come up in the city at night. Easy check-in, secure building, comfortable beds. We didn't cook since we only had a short stay. Preferred to sample the local cuisine. Steps away from the walking trail along Lady Bird Lake, a shady oasis amid the crazy amount of construction as Austin continues to grow. Plenty of street parking with the Park ATX app. Read posted signs carefully to understand which days/hrs are free in your zone. An enjoyable experience - would book again.

One of my favorite airbnbs of all time! The space was so clean, with beautiful high ceilings and lots of natural light - it looked exactly like the photos. We stayed here as a family of four - with our kids (ages 2 and 6) and they had the best time in the cowboy pool at back. It felt like our very own oasis. Isabelle and Matt were great hosts - super communicative and friendly. Highly recommend this wonderful spot in East Austin!

A dream come true. This house was meticulously crafted and not a single detail was overlooked. The house is private, beautiful, and unlike anywhere else. We cannot wait to return and hope to make it a home away from home. Thank you for sharing this space!

Yue’s airbnb was beautifully taken care of and appointed. It provided a wonderful base for our guests attending a family wedding. Yue was always responsive and considerate in his communications and gave the guests a lot of good information about the neighborhood. I would highly recommend his place!

Jennifer's place was great for hosting both of our families with young kids. One-story (rancher) house was ideal. Sleeping areas were great for separation (large master suite with lots of space in the bedroom and large walk-in closet can fit a pack-n-play easily) and separate side of the house with queen bedroom, double sink bathroom, and "kids room". There were lots of toys for kids to play with which was a plus. Kitchen had essentials for cooking. Place was a 20-25 min walk to the main strip with restaurants/shops etc, which was not bad through the neighborhood (minimal sidewalks however). Also close to the main playground. Only thing that would have improved our experience was if the backyard area was a little more inviting for lounging (had sitting space only). Large yard for the kids to run around (would recommend guests bring a ball or games to play outside). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again-Jennifer was a great host and very responsive and accommodating!

Our stay was fantastic! Check in and instructions were clear and easy. The cleanliness of the home and thoughtful of the details inside the home were noticed and appreciated. We would book again.

Matt was terrific to deal with - such quick responses. We were so appreciative to be able to bring our 3 small dogs. The house was well equipped and comfortable. There were parts of the house in need of updating but we loved the location and had a great weekend.

Clean and cozy, close to Austin and all the shopping and restaurants, and owner was very helpful and responsive when we reached out for anything! Outdoor area was very nice and quiet with a cool fire pit and lights strung up. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless when we arrived.

I think this was my best Airbnb stay out of 20+. Exactly as advertised, more amenities than elsewhere. Clean and modern and with a nice atmosphere. Bed so comfortable and living space was light and functional. Couldn’t recommend this one more!!!

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

Very good place to stay for Austin! Nice room, easy to get scooters to travel around, safe and private room. Bright living room with a rally huge TV set. Excellent master bedroom with a massage mattress. Vehicle is protected with 2 doors, feels safe, same-level access to the room as the parking lot. Very kind and nice host. A nice bar and food trucks near the neighborhood. Would choose again.

Himesh was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The place is great, clean and quiet with lots of restaurants nearby and easy walkability to downtown Austin/Congress Ave as well as Lady Bird Lake trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to any friends travelling to Austin in the future!

First off Jason was super communicative. The instructions for this location are superb. The layout and amenities were perfect for our four person group with one set of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, and a master bed. It has a full kitchen as well. The location is incredible and definitely worth every penny. There is a bar downstairs with friendly bar tenders and this location is such a melting pot it was fun to start up random conversations with interesting people. It took less than 5 mins walk to be at Rainey St. It felt like everything else was about a 7 min uber ride. Thanks Jason for the detailed instructions and quick response times. Your place helped us make many amazing memories. Can’t wait to come visit again!

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.
