Located in downtown Gonzales, this historic fully restored building was built in 1888. Comfortable loft apartment with a queen size bed, and fold out couch with queen mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances, Keurig, washer and dryer, and WIFI . Private parking in the back. The loft is great for a weekend away or a girls trip. We also accommodate business travelers with extended rate fee's. Please note it does require climbing stairs up to apartment.

(The Guadalupe Valley Bank operated in Center Point from 1908 until 1936 when it failed during the Great Depression.) Recently undergoing a thorough renovation, it now has all the modern conveniences to make your stay memorable. Outside the loft are three acres of gardens which include blooming flowers, roses, and both red and white grape vines.
