Eddy's place was exactly what we needed after a local hotel fiasco. We were able to book his place late and he was super responsive. The place was spotless and so comfortable. Made our trip to NB great.

I made a last-minute reservation and checked in much later than expected, and I was still met with prompt responses and kindness! The home is kept impeccably clean and the bed was heavenly. The stairs are quite a climb. Besides that, truly perfect place. I rarely ever Airbnb, but will specifically return to this exact condo unit. So clean, quiet, comfortable. Pretty view. Great location. Awesome Casablanca ceiling fans. Has everything you could ask for and more. Absolutely not a place that “seems” like an Airbnb. Exceeded my somewhat lofty expectations. Even the tiny details like all the lights dimmable and switches labeled, made it really comfortable. The owners of the unit should be proud. Looking forward to next time already.

There are hosts and then there are super hosts...and then there is Jan. To say that she is amazing is to completely undervalue her hospitality. There was a mix up (no fault of hers at all) and she went above and beyond to make sure we were set and happy. I’m talking she left a family meal and immediately got on the phone and worked several deals within an hour to have us back on track...and again the mix up had nothing to do with her. Do not hesitate to book with Jan...there simply isn’t a better host on all of AirBnB!

Nice log cabin type accommodations, roomy. Very convenient for visiting Gruene, about 5 min drive, 10 minute drive to Shliterbahn in New Braunfels.

Jan was very responsive and helpful. The location is great. Easy walk to the river and all of the shops and restaurants in Gruene. Beautiful and very clean facilities.

Wonderful experience! Perfect set up for a group of friends after a long day at the water park. Unit was nice and cool, which we really appreciated in the Texas heat. Plenty of room!

We stayed for a Friends and family trip. It was great place to stay while we went to Schlitterbahn & Comal river, just a short drive away. Everything we needed and the kids really enjoyed being on the water and having a swimming pool. It has a great outdoor space.

Fairly quiet. Great place to meet with my brothers. Very responsive host. Even though he was not nearby, he always responded very quickly via email.

Christin’s house was a beautiful place to stay for the week. We were visiting family in the neighborhood and couldn’t pass up on that convenience. The house was warm and inviting, and we felt very comfortable there. We had more space than needed for two of us, but larger groups would be just as comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, with a great walking trail and parks. Easy access to the interstate and close to shopping.
