Where do I start on this house?!?! The pictures do NOT do it any justice, it is so gorgeous in person. Every little detail of this home makes it so beautiful and unique. I legit fell in love with this house! Very clean and Sheri is super responsive almost immediately. We had our annual girls trip here and everyone loved the outside views and the beautiful home and patio decor. And the beds….so comfortable! Most Airbnb beds aren’t that great, but my downstairs bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The charcuterie board and wine that Sheri provided was perfect after our 3 hour drive to the Airbnb. If I could give this 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

This is an awesome place to easily enjoy a getaway with a large group. Plenty of beds and large communal spaces to hang out. Huge backyard with everything you need to enjoy the water. My friends and I loved the elevated dock jumping spot. Great lake house to stay in or as a home base for NB/ Gruene.

I have stayed at this location many times and it is always perfection!! The amenities are over the top and fun!! The house is on a very quiet street. There are nice shady areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The house is close to plenty of places to eat in walking distance. This is my home away from home when I’m in the area!!!

We had an amazing time here! The home was perfect for 10 people. The deck was probably the best part. There was kayaks available for us to use and the upper deck along with the lake stairs were amazing! The inside of the home was well furnished and clean. At first, when walking into the home the expectations were low. The front and back porch areas maybe needed a little upkeep, but the inside of the house and RV were spotless. Plus, we spent the majority of the time out by the lake, so it wasnt very bothersome. All in all, we would definitely book again, perfect for the whole family!

This place is gorgeous. Jennifer was ever responsive, and the restaurant downstairs, for which you receive a voucher for breakfast/lunch, was tasty and convenient. There is also a coffee shop and bakery right next door that is great too. The bed is more comfortable than my own at home. While there is consistent noise from foot and vehicle traffic coming from the street below the balcony, the bedroom is quiet, and my three year old slept like a champ with no issues. The living room is accommodating for a family and includes a sleeper couch. The balconies are cozy and fun because all the foot traffic on the weekends.

I was lucky enough to stay at Jennifer’s place due some last minute plans but she made sure we felt right at home! The location of this bed and breakfast is perfect and walkable if you want to explore downtown NB or float the Comal river and the cafe downstairs that’s included with your stay has the best breakfast (and iced coffee)!! Overall, Jennifer made sure we were taken care of and welcomed us with great hospitality. Would love to stay here again!

I have always loved New Braunfels and staying here will put you a short walk from downtown or the river. Room was incredibly comfortable and puts you right where you want to be for a fun weekend on the town.
