Walking to schlitterbahn !!Lovely decorated 2 bedrooms condo! with 2 super comfortable Tommy Bahamas king beds ,plus sofa beds ! Comfortably sleep 6 peoples each room has view of the Comal river ,river front balcony!not every condo has view like this.outdoor tables ,bbq grill!swimming pool by the river!walking distance to charming downtown New Braunfels ,where there are many shops, live music and excellent restaurants to dine out!please reach out for any questions! This three bedroom offers plenty of space for the whole family with large balcony, perfect for sipping coffee or wine and enjoying the views of the Guadalupe. There is tube rental and shuttle service within walking distance so no worries about getting to the horseshoe. There’s no better way to experience the Guadalupe than floating to your back door.

This 2nd floor renovated 1,307 sq ft T-Bar-M condo is perfect for smaller groups who love family friendly activities. The complex has private tennis courts for guest use, beautiful pools, and a private entrance. Guests will get a wonderful night's rest on our comfortable mattresses and luxurious linens after tubing the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers or splashing around at the Schlitterbahn Water Park. The large, completely renovated open concept kitchen/living area are perfect for relaxing.
