This was a really nice place - clean, quiet, and well kept. Security fence made it feel safe for out-of-towners. Would recommend to anyone.

We had one child at day camp and one child at base camp at T Bar M and it was super convenient being so close! We loved the condo. It was immaculate at check in and we felt very safe. My husband and I worked remotely from the condo all week (thanks to the speedy internet) - neighborhood was quiet, trash dropoff convenient, a few games to play, comfy couches, Roku TV in living and bedrooms, kitchen stocked with utensils and plates etc, new coffee maker. Tennis courts and pool nearby and a cute little porch with Adirondack chairs. Affordably priced. We love Peachy’s place!

Eddy's place was exactly what we needed after a local hotel fiasco. We were able to book his place late and he was super responsive. The place was spotless and so comfortable. Made our trip to NB great.

Jennifer’s place was so cute, cozy and immediately felt like home. I had everything I needed in her place and found the extra blankets so nice! I was even let a free round of putt putt and drinks! The patio overlooking the pool, gym and green were nice especially at night and the location was close to everything you might need or want to explore without having to drive into the city. She was great about communication and so nice — so were the neighbors. Definitely worth it.

Lovely modern rental unit. Restaraunt below has excellent food and live music. If you have young children and are staying on a weekend, the music might delay their bedtime. But it was no issue for us as adults to get to sleep. The music didn't go late. I'm glad we choose to stay here!

Nice, clean and cozy place to stay! Older building, completely remodeled inside with new furniture, counter, cabinets, and very clean! Nick was very helpful and informative! Would recommend!

This apartment met our needs for a family of 4 and 2 dogs for a short term rental. Celeste was responsive when we had questions or needed things. She was also flexible with extending our stay due to our next house not being available.

Lovely place in the heart of quaint downtown Martindale. Everything was brand new sparkling clean. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Great place, great location! Everything was just as described. Loved being able to walk to everything in downtown NB, loved all the deer, loved that we could float the river with Texas Tubes right next door. Great stay!

An excellent place, Shelton was very attentive and always responded quickly and cleared up my doubts. The property is very nice and very quiet. The train passes by very close but it's not a problem to rest rest

We enjoyed our stay here in April. Convenient dedicated parking spot right outside the condo, with two flights of stairs to walk up, or a 20-second walk to the elevator. The condo had everything we needed, and Aimee was incredibly responsive and friendly. The community has two swimming pools, each with two hot tubs, for a total of four hot tubs. One of the pools with two hot tubs is located just a two minute walk from the condo, but that pool is not heated, and it is also located underneath several balconies of other condos, so it is not private, but would be a convenient option for kids. The other pool with two hot tubs is a 4 1/2 minute walk from the condo, and not only is the pool heated, but the hot tubs are even nicer, and are set back from everyone’s balconies so that it is a much more beautiful and private setting. Even though we did not use this heated pool much given that the outside air temperatures were in the 40s and 50s, we still enjoyed it! Would happily recommend!
