This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

Our family of six stayed here for our trip, and had plenty of room in the house. It had everything we needed, and was very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful house and view, and it looks even better in person! Just plan in advance for your meals, as there are not a ton of options nearby. The hosts quickly responded and accommodated any requests! We definitely recommend staying here!

We had a perfect stay! Its located within a cul de sac but once you drive down the driveway it is extremely private! Especially the backyard. You don’t even notice that there are neighbors and we didn’t hear anyone else around either. The pool was beautiful with a natural rocky waterfall just as pictured! We loved the hot tub next to it as well! We used the charcoal grill without any issues! Very easy to use. The kitchen was very spacious and the couch was very comfortable. The rooms were a perfect size with great bathrooms. We loved the outdoor cat Lupe! She was so sweet. We would love to book again! It was perfect for a group of couples like ourselves. We planned to go out but decided to stay in because it was such a beautiful place :)

Perfect rental property for a weekend away in the Gruene/New Braunfels area. We had 6 in our group and we were all very comfortable. The best part was the location; we were able to walk to Gruene! I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Sorry Charley Ranch was amazing! The owners were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. We were able to enjoy many of their amenities that they had to offer. We fed their adorable goats, our kids played daily on the playground and in their common area, had amazing conversations around the bonfire at night, and used their outdoor kitchen to prepare food. Our tiny house was so cute! It was very clean and our kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. Not to mention the very comfortable mattresses! It was such an amazing experience that by the end of our stay there, we felt more like family than as guests.

Judy and Charles were very welcoming and communicated very well. Their house was in a great location where you had extra space to enjoy. They were very accommodating of what we were looking for on our trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

This place was amazing. Photos don’t do it justice! We were able to bring our 2 dogs and they loved the river and had an amazing time! Beautiful town and not too far from San Marcos. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect private get away!

My husband and I had an Amazing time at Joy's home for Valentine's weekend. It started off rocky due to issues with the first place we booked. Long story short, we arrived at Joy's last minute. She was very responsive and helpful! The home is beautiful with amazing views and a very comfy bed. Everything was perfect for our little getaway. It really did feel like a home away from home. We had a fire every night in the wood burning fireplace. We got to see lots of deer including 3 big bucks on our last night. Wildflour Artisan Bakery and Granny D's were our favorite places to eat. The sunsets are beautiful from the balcony. We would highly recommend Joy's home to any and every body when visiting Canyon Lake!!

We loved staying here. The host was super responsive to any issues and the house was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Pool, hot tub, river…what more could you ask for!!!

Christin’s house was a beautiful place to stay for the week. We were visiting family in the neighborhood and couldn’t pass up on that convenience. The house was warm and inviting, and we felt very comfortable there. We had more space than needed for two of us, but larger groups would be just as comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, with a great walking trail and parks. Easy access to the interstate and close to shopping.

We stayed for 3 nights with our friends. We were 15 in total. Cathy was great! She was checking if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Very responsive. She also left hand written greeting and little toy for my pet. we were excited . This is a Beautiful place. sure felt very luxary. Must visit! The place was fully furnished and the kitchen was fully equipped. Pool was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!. everything is walkable. we walked to restaurants.

Randy’s place was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully made up, and we loved that each area had its own bathroom—it made the stay so convenient. The amenities were great, and the kitchen was amazing, perfect for cooking and gathering. I highly recommend staying here!

Fairly quiet. Great place to meet with my brothers. Very responsive host. Even though he was not nearby, he always responded very quickly via email.

This is a very lovely condominium and a private condo community. It is well furnished but all the modern comforts you would expect. It is located a nice walk or short drive from historical Gruene Texas. You will enjoy the quietness and privacy of this community.

I rented this home to host a yoga retreat with my friends and it was perfect for that. There was plenty of room to spread out around the home. We loved doing yoga out on the deck and aside from a few noisy neighbors that gave us some good laughs, the home felt private and peaceful for being so exposed up on the hill. The views are absolutely gorgeous and the house is PRISTINE! The Kitchen is seriously a dream and the pool and hot tub was a huge plus for relaxing in the evenings. We loved our stay and would recommend this home for anyone looking for a group escape! Hope to be back another time.

The PERFECT spot for a weekend in Gruene. Short walk to everywhere! Comfortable, clean and cozy!

First off what a wonderful place to stay, extremely clean perfect place on the river. We are already wanting to book with Trish again next year! She was so kind, she helped us in any way to make this weekend the perfect birthday mom’s trip. We felt so safe and listen the mattresses on all the beds holy smokes AMAZING!! Would recommend 100%!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Just steps away from great restaurants, shopping, and the legendary Gruene Hall. I would definitely stay here again and wish we could have stayed longer. 5 stars!
