Our stay at Trisha’s house was very good! The place fit all 9 of us and was in the perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants, bars, and even Wurstfest. Trisha was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to be close to downtown.

This is our second stay at this airbnb. Both experiences have been smooth. The space is clean and accurately described each time. The condominium property is beautiful and well kept, located very close to all downtown attractions. We would stay again and plan to!

Really was one of the best stays we’ve had on the Comal. This place was spotlessly clean, quiet, yet right on the river with everything going on. Top floor was very nice for views and a great breeze on the balcony in the evenings. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Everything was in working order and kept up nicely. We would stay here again.

Beautiful location, clean, spacious, and very responsive. The secondary bed seemed like a full vs queen, but was comfortable nonetheless. It had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

We grew up in NB and can confirm that you literally can’t get a better location than this. This home is only a few minutes walk from pretty much everything… the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, downtown NB, Landa Park, and amazing restaurants. The home is cozy, private and the layout is fantastic. Our kids loved staying here and affectionately called it “the big house”. Cathy was a fabulous host. She was incredibly responsive and provided all of the information we needed and more. We will definitely be booking another trip here in the future!

This place was just what we wanted for the weekend. We had a little issue with the thermostat right away but got it resolved pretty quickly - technology? The place was clean, comfortable, and located just where we wanted to be. And, thanks for having a comfortable, firm mattress. That rocked!

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

Great place to stay while we were visiting family between Seguin and Boerne.

This is our favorite place to stay when we go to New Braunfels. The pool and location are the best part. It’s so close to Gruene but also has restaurants and activities within walking distance. We love the Mercer in general but this unit is our favorite one. It’s spacious and in the perfect location. I’ve never had a single complaint here!

Great place. Eight adults in this tripe and we all had nice comfortable individual. Ed’s to sleep on. Great locations, so many cool restaurants and bars all close by. We walked from condo to Gruene Hall to see Robert Earl Keen concert.

Great place at a great price, clean house and spacious. We were not on a vacation stay had some work to be done close by, but it was nice outside definitely a place i would like to stay again.

Loved our stay at the Hard Rock Resort! It was comfortable and close to everything we wanted. Larry was very helpful and accommodating! Would absolutely recommend!

The place was great for our guys golf outing. Only set back was the front door lock wasn't working but it worked out. Great water pressure and hot water. We had a great time.

Had a girls weekend at the comfortable condo. Perfect location, was very clean, comfortable beds and a large rear patio we used often to enjoy views of Comal River. Deer came nightly. Very close to Schlitterbahn too. Perfect time to visit before summer crowds.

This stay was perfect. The river is right outside your back door! The condo was clean and had everything you could need. The beds were comfy and they had extra towels laid out for the pool. Our host was helpful with an issue immediately which we greatly appreciated. We come down every year for a family get together, so we hope to stay here again! The front door was easy to open (provided the code) and lock back when we were leaving. This stay was 100% worth the money and if you are looking to come to the river, you're missing out if you don't stay here!
