We had a wonderful time. The children enjoyed the pool. The back yard was very calm and relaxing.

Lots of space! We had an excellent stay. I would definitely wear house shoes. Unfortunately, the house is located in the Copano Ridge subdivision on the other side of Kitty Hawk Middle School instead of on/near Sunrise Canyon Drive as listed, so we had to unexpectedly adjust some of our plans.

Todd was quick to respond to any questions I had. The property is cozy and feels like you are right at home. I would stay at this location again.

Truly appreciated being able to have my family together as we were attending a Celebration of Life service. We were able to support one another - staying together in this beautiful home. Our host was very responsive when I needed advice pertaining to the area. A BIG thank you!!

We had a great weekend at Scott’s place. We were a group of 9 adults and 3 children with dogs and not once did we feel cramped. This home has a very spacious first floor for dining and relaxing and multiple outdoor seating areas giving you the ability to flow from relaxing location to relaxing location. It was everything we wanted for our weekend. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was great. Elizabth was a perfect host. She and her team are very communicative and respond to all needs quickly. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos and had all the amenities we needed. We were able to cook multiple meals without need for anything. The knives were sharp and in great condition which I appreciate as many homes we’ve stayed in have terrible ones that make cooking a challenge. The house has wonderful views of the Guadalupe River and is minutes away from the super cute town of Greune by car. Just know there is not river access from the house. But it’s a super short drive to nearby access. We would stay here again. It was a great weekend getaway.

Absolutely ADORED our stay! The decor was so fun, there was so much space with plenty of beds, the hot tub was clutch, and the games were an absolute blast. Estrella was beyond accommodating and honestly an absolute rockstar. I couldn't begin to imagine how much fun it would be to book all of the properties at once for a wedding or event, so I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for that as well!

It was a memorable and restful stay for me an my family. Very great and responsive host and great home that gave us an ultimate vacation experience. I recommend it to anyone looking to have a vacation in the area.

Such a cozy home and was such a great price! Sharon was super responsive and super flexible with check in!! Definitely planning on staying again and would recommend to anyone who loves to be walking distance from so many cool places!

The Airbnb was wonderfully clean and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding natural scenery was absolutely beautiful, adding to the overall peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Sabrina has embraced the concept of "host" and all that entails in terms of communication and responsiveness. Needless to say, thoughtfulness is a key quality.

The pictures do not do Laura's house justice. Absolutely beautiful!!! We had a family of 8 adults plus 1 three yr old stay and had room to spread out and hang out all over the place. The patio was like being in a tree house. Walked to Gruene historic district everyday seeing the historical sites, eating amazing food, listening to amazing music, and shopping(there was a flea market setup with local art and jewelry). I got a Hat from the local Hat company. Everyone had a blast! Laura's place has a great vibe for a nature/in the middle of a historic Texas town feel. We went swimming and tubed in the river, grilled on the back deck one evening while watching the sun go down over the tree tops. It was the same experience eating at the Gristmill Restaurant on another evening, the sunset was beautiful during dinner and drinks which was amazing. My brother commented how many awesome places there was to visit and in such close proximity to the house. Thankyou so much Laura!!!

We booked for Family Weekend at Texas State. The property was about 15 minutes from campus. The river access was a plus! The property provided access to floats and a kayak which was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

This house was one of the most well equipped Airbnbs we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything one would need and there were plenty of linens, towels, and blankets. Even the pillows were good!! Our grandkids loved the basketball hoop, soccer goal, and swingset. There were 11 of us and we were very comfortable. The split living spaces worked out great. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place!

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Kevin was incredibly kind and responsive, made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to town and activities but still quiet enough to relax. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

Exactly what we needed in a private home. Kitchen had great work and serving space. Outdoor space easily acceble to the kitchen. Wifi worked well and accommodated several devices to operate at same time. BEDS, BEDS, BEDS...we did not have need but for real they are here!

We were very comfortable in the house that we stayed in. This home is very accommodating for a group. We were wanting a place that would be close to our niece and nephew's home in St. Hedwig. This location was perfect for our needs. I do have a couple of things that would be of benefit for us older folk's comfort. The spare bedroom could use a bedside lamp to have for reading or allowing to have a light on without having to get up to turn off the light at the switch. The bathrooms could use some grab bars for getting in and out of the shower. It is a safety issue for some of us. Thank you so much Juan for being such a great host and offering your home to rent. We enjoyed our stay, and it was a great option for us. We will probably come back to visit and will keep this property in mind when we do.

Great clean home! After a last minute change in my family’s travel plans, we needed somewhere to stay for the night. I chose this property, unbeknownst to me, that it could take the host 24 hours to respond. I immediately began to panic, but Loger, the host, was super fast at responding. After TLU events with my son, we headed over to the property. Great sigh of relief to see that the pictures actually were a great description of the house. Not only was the house clean and welcoming, it was in a safe neighborhood... located just off the interstate. If you need somewhere to stay, I highly recommended this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

It's so nice to find a place where we can take our puppies and is so clean and accessible. Great locations to all of our family in Austin, San Antonio and Gonzales. Jayson is a thoughtful host and everything you need is there in a quiet neighborhood.
