Vacation rentals with a patio in Guadalajara

We stayed here for one night in transit. Only 20 minutes from the highway in a beautiful peaceful place. Lots of privacy, we were the only ones there. The patio with roses is very nice and a wonderful place for breakfast. The space is nicely decorated. We could also take a nice walk in the area with our dog. Early, because it quickly became quite hot. Carmen responds quickly to apps. In short, nice place for a stop with our dog during our trip.

Miguel was such a wonderful host and helped us out so much! He was super responsive and a really great guy. The airbnb was extremely nice and we loved staying there!

Great value in a clean and comfortable apartment. Maria was so helpful and friendly, with great tips for this lovely non-touristy neighbourhood full of all the amenities you’d need.

Everything was perfectly clean. The host always answered quickly and was very kind. Independent entrance so you don't have to wait for anyone to come and open it for you. I really think I made a good choice choosing this apartment

We've been super good. We were traveling with a baby and although I did not explain well how we were going to sleep, they were very kind and made us an extra bed. They were very attentive to everything, and they were very kind, without a doubt the service is fantastic. The place is great, the terrace and pool are wonderful. We would definitely come back.

Very nice stay and host. There were many complimentary things such as breakfast, ice, herbal teas, etc. I would definitely come back. One drawback is that it's on the ground floor, and the slightest crumb of food that fell to the ground attracted an ant, but nothing to worry about.

The apartment is very nice, exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed and it was a nice touch that they left us some basic things to prepare our breakfast! The surroundings in some parts were not very nice but it is very well connected by transport! Thank you very much for everything!

This Airbnb was wonderful. My husband and I couldn’t think of a singular complaint or thing we would change. The staff was friendly. The check-in process couldn’t have been better. The hosts were so active in responding. The place was spotless and there were local restaurants and cafes. The park nearby is soooo beautiful and underrated honestly. We slept so peacefully and had a great time in Madrid. The train was also nearby and so easy to navigate. 5/5 stars for everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very good. Free parking at the door. Clean and tidy. Free wine, drinks and snacks are provided. I will definitely stay again next time I come.

We took a trip with 9 friends and the house is perfect for a few days of pool and barbecue. Mario has been very kind and helpful at all times. Highly recommended

The house, garden and surroundings seemed great to us. The house is very spacious, more than it may seem in the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped with oven, dishwasher, utensils of all kinds, oil, salt, spices… The large room has a lot of space, but the other two are smaller and with folding bottoms that made the bed uncomfortable. The big bed seemed more comfortable to us. The garden is spectacular, with lots of shade and enough furniture for those of us. The dining room is also spacious for when you can't eat in the garden. We were 3 couples with 3 1 year old children and we really enjoyed it. The surroundings are very nice and you can walk along the nearby paths. Jesus was very kind to answer all questions before arrival and offered us two extra single mattresses to be more comfortable. Highly recommend. I hope we can stay here again

¡Maravilla! Casa Josephine is a haven of peace and good taste in (just) an hour from Madrid. I highly recommend the plan: disconnection with the city and reconnection with nature. Not to mention the good taste with which the place is decorated… 10/10.

This is the best place to stay. Accessibility, price, cleanliness, etc. are perfect. I want Koreans to stay here. The structure of the accommodation itself is very similar to that of a Korean officetel.

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives it a great tranquility and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outdoor view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to go back. I have no complaints, quite the opposite!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is 40 minutes by train from Madrid, in a peaceful environment, close to shops. There is a very nice little garden at the back of the apartment.

We had a great time at Laura and Daniel's in Paracuellos, very close to Madrid. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and very well located. Thanks to public transport, it was very easy to get to the center of Madrid without a car. On April 28, a massive power outage hit Spain and Portugal. Despite this, Laura and Daniel were incredibly thoughtful: they provided us with portable lamps and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The fact that Laura is fluent in French has greatly facilitated communication and was of great help. We highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, its ideal location and especially for the exceptional hospitality of Laura and Daniel.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Well located accommodation to visit areas such as Trillo, Moranchel, Brihuega... In the house I would put some plastic plates/glasses for children and hangers on the wall to hang the coats. Although the land is shared with the owners, there is independence in the house. The outdoor area is great for children. Too bad the weather was bad and we couldn't use the barbecue.

Leopoldo's apartment was great. Beautiful, great location in a lively neighbourhood. Also, Leopoldo was very friendly, helped me figure out tickets to a local museum. Overall a great experience. I would stay here again. One very small thing is that one of the bedrooms has a window that is the ground level of a street. Usually the noise was not a problem, though sometimes in the morning some street noise can be heard. Only an issue for light sleepers who would like to sleep in. The loft bedroom does not have this issue.

As usual after 4 years of using Alvaro's place , we are again fully satisfied.
