In the beautiful south of Munich is our fully equipped apartment with a balcony on the top floor of a terraced corner house, parking is available on the street. By car, it takes about 20 minutes to downtown, within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) through the greenery to the S-Bahn and regional train (approx. 25 minutes to Marienplatz or central station in approx. 15 minutes). Forest, road bike track for sports enthusiasts right around the corner

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the beautiful south of Munich, you will find this studio in the district of Deisenhofen. Surrounded by green open spaces, you are 20 minutes by car via highway to the center. Within walking distance (10 min) there is the S-Bahn & regional train and (via e.g. Hacker Bridge / Oktoberfest, Marienplatz, Central Station). The apartment has a kitchen, double box spring bed, bathroom, optional sauna (surcharge), Wi-Fi, smart TV, workstation / table.

Charming, quiet 2-room new apartment

The two-room apartment with shower room is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich. It is a five-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, a ten-minute drive from Ostbahnhof, and 20 minutes from Munich Central Station. With a covered south-facing balcony, the living room with open kitchen and the bedroom are flooded with light. Barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

In the heart of Munich! The Maxvorstadt is one of the most attractive districts of Munich, characterized by its immediate proximity to the famous art galleries and the city center. The new apartment is located in a very quiet rear courtyard of the popular Theresienstr. - the U-Bahn is only 300 meters away. The apartment offers a terrace, a modern bathroom, bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 × 2 meters) and is equipped with designer furniture.

Oberhaching ~ quiet and close to the city ~ 4 people + 1

We are commuters and share our owner-occupied house, which is exclusively available to you for your stay. Oberhaching is a very quiet suburb of Munich, close to the Autobahnkreuz Süd, quickly connected to Munich by S-Bahn 3 and also the train to the mountains stops here. From our house you can walk to the train station and shopping street in 10 minutes, and Rewe in 6 minutes. We live on the edge of the forest in the middle of nature.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Apartment near the center

Welcome to my cozy and quiet 1.5-room apartment. The sunny balcony invites you to relax. From the apartment there is a good connection to Marienplatz in 15 minutes (S-Bahn) and in approx. 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free outside the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, the Westpark, for a walk, bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.

The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

Apartment for 2 people. In the countryside with a terrace and yet close to the city. Perfect base for Munich and its southern surroundings. By S-Bahn train (10-minute walk), you are in the center in about 30 minutes. The hallway area is shared with the landlord. Price is for one person (+ €20 for second person/night)
