The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

Apartment Baierbrunn (2 pers)

Annex apartment for 2 people. In a green setting with a terrace (use in consultation) and yet close to the city. Perfect base for Munich and its southern surroundings. By S-Bahn train (10-minute walk), you are in the center in about 30 minutes. The hallway and terraces are shared with the landlord. The price is for one person (+ €20 for a second person/night).
