Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

A beautiful family-friendly little Summer House located by Kilefjorden offers a place to relax, go fishing, swim, hike, and enjoy nature and activities nearby. The Summer house is located at Bornes Camping in Hægeland and has everything you need to have an enjoyable relaxing stay. Two bikes are available to use as well as borrowing a canoe, a row boat or fishing pole. Enjoy the sun and the view all day at the two decks. The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, bed 140 cm, a guest bed and TV. In addition, there is a refrigerator, microwave and kettle for light cooking . Bed linen and towels are provided . There is free parking

Nice house by the sea, in the middle of the wood.

Sjønært, usjenert og solrikt sted, på et småbruk på Hesnes. Her er det med mye plass, 6 km unna Grimstad. Vi har en badestrand og brygge 200 meter unna huset. Her bor du midt i et fint turområder, med mye skog og stier rett utenfor døren. Her er også nærhet til golfbane og Hesnes Gartneri, samt Marivold badeplass. Kort vei til dyreparken i Kristiansand. Her våkner du til fuglesang og ingen støy. Vi har inngjerdet hage og god plass. Vi ønsker ikke festing eller ungdomsgjeng.

Holmesund

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

The residence is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The residence has sea glow and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.
