Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

From this central accommodation one has easy access to "everything". Apartment building from 2017. Two bedrooms w/ double bed in each room, bathroom and guest toilet, living room and kitchen in one. Dining table. Terrace. Parking. No smoking or animals. Unfortunately, you don't have equipment for toddlers, so you may have to bring this yourself. Walking distance to swimming beaches/ hiking areas 8-10 min walk to Grimstad city center Approx. 20 min drive to Dyreparken About 35 minutes to Kr. sand and Kjevik airport About 20 minutes to Arendal

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

The spacious tiny house consists of a sleeping loft, combined living room and kitchen, as well as a full bathroom. Our chickens are walking right outside, and there are opportunities for fresh eggs for breakfast. Shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a number of attractions such as a sailing trip with the schooner Solrik or visits to the Ibsen museum, Norsk Hagebruksmuseum at Dømmesmoen, the Maritime Museum and Hamsun Manor. Very child-friendly space with a large terrace and large green areas around the cabin. Car road all the way up to the door. Inlaid water from well (drinking water from own cans). Animals are allowed. The cabin has an outhouse. Distances: 2 km to Kiwi and Coop, 5 km to Grimstad city centre, 25 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is insulated and it keeps a good temperature even when the wind blows. Especially beautiful it is in the fall.

Very spacious and charming apartment. Equipped with everything you might need. Everything was so well thought out. Soaps, detergents, heat pump, table fans in the bedroom for hot days, some coffee, spices, board games, books, etc. were in place. Good beds and lovely bed linen. Short walk to shops and city centre. Quiet area. Lillian was the perfect hostess and responded quickly to questions. We could even check in a little earlier. This place is really recommendable.

It is a practical cottage with a nice atmosphere. We felt right at home there. It was very nice that we could play in the garden and the sandpit, swing and slide provided a lot of fun with our daughter. From the cottage, you can take beautiful walks to the fortress and the harbor.

A fantastic location in Mandal. The city's best plot with Sjøsanden's 800 m long beach outside the door. The city center a few meters the other way. High standard of the apartment - the listing is actually completely correct. We were two couples, as well as daughter and grandchildren of 6 months and couldn't get better accommodation. All the necessary equipment was there, but the travel bed for the infant we brought ourselves. Amazing patio - to modestly call it balcony - large and with views to the south and west. Sea sand with lighthouse lantern Grandma, Hattholmen lighthouse and (theoretical) view to Denmark! Add that the weather was amazing, one day with rain it was pleasant inside with plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommended!

Our vacation in Norway was really great - Anne's great house also contributed to this. Even with eight people, it was big enough that everyone felt comfortable. There are small seats everywhere, all couples had their own room. The kitchen and living room are really very cozy - the garden and location are fantastic!!! Definitely recommend the place.

I would highly recommend renting this place. It is in a great location and a pleasant present to live. I rented the place when I was at Arendalsuken in 2024 and it worked great. It was a short drive from town. Nearby was a nice light rail to run in and a great beach to swim on. Hanne is a welcoming and generous host. 10/10
