In the basement of the old transformer in Grimstad, there is the laboratory of Grimstad Soda Factory. The soda factory that wants to make the world's best soda. Here you can rent a bed for one night or more. A large double bed is lowered from the wall, and in no time you have a great bed. The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. There is a 15 minutes walk to the University(UIA). Many great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a cozy TV area, a refrigerator, a kitchenette with an electric kettle, and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets are extra 100 NOK per day.

Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.
