Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Høvåg/Blindleia near the Zoo

Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) rented out at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically located near the lake. Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the basement of the old transformer in Grimstad, there is the laboratory of Grimstad Soda Factory. The soda factory that wants to make the world's best soda. Here you can rent a bed for one night or more. A large double bed is lowered from the wall, and in no time you have a great bed. It is about 140 cm above the ground, so don't be afraid of heights and be a bit sporty. With a view up to the sky outside. Urban location. Parking is just outside. The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

From this perfectly located residence you have easy access to Grimstad city center, the University of Agder, the beach and museums. 400 m to the nearest grocery store, about 500 m to the bus stop in Øygårdsdalen where the bus goes to Arendal and Kristiansand. No transparency and you can see ajar from the sea.
