With a fantastic location in the middle of Greve C, you are 150 meters from probably Denmark's best sandy beach. A good walk along the beach (about 15 min.) takes you down to the cozy Mosede Harbor, which offers several really good restaurants and an ice cream shop with homemade waffles and ice cream. Likewise, the station and Greve Midtbycenter are less than 500 meters away, so if you want to go to Copenhagen C, you are only 20 minutes away by train and about 20 minutes by car. The house is located 5 houses from the beach and is not bothered by traffic noise.

Huge concrete terrace of 100m2, new kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware, espresso machine, bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin, 3 children's rooms (two with double beds and one with one bed), large sofa in living room. The bedroom is connected to the bathroom, so there is a walk-through from the living room when using the toilet. Full of personality and personal matters. Surrounded by nature. Close to Rema1000 (supermarket).

Smaller and private room about 8 m2 for quiet tenant, non smoking. Private entrance, private toilet/bath, kitchenette with washer/dryer for a fee. very private when you close the door to your room and bathroom. Small terrace outside the room. 🌞 My 7-year-old daughter and I live in the rest of the house. 👩‍👦 I will occasionally use the washing machine, freezer and microwave. As it is a private home, there will be private things... The living room is a walk-through room. Guests are not allowed. 🚫

The Beach House Suite

Enjoy this first class location when you visit our Beach House Suite – only located 90 meters from the beach. Here you have lots of space for two people or even a family of four or a group of friends. Our suite is approx. 50 m2 with a double bed that can be separated and a sofabed with room for two (120 x 200), full bathroom, dining for four, a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, electric cooker for hot water instant coffee and tea. Glasses, plates, cups, cutlery and wine opener.

This unique property is among the first houses at the coast. It had a direct view of the sea and has been named "Havblik" (Sea view) since 1875. Today, the old house has been restored with a modern aesthetic. It's large and spacious, and you will immediately notice the ceiling with visible wooden beams and the calm cozy atmosphere. Open the large double doors and connect the cozy garden with the living room and kitchen. From the house, you can walk 200 meter to a wide bathing beach.

We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

The kitchen and living room provides space for everyone to be together. The garden features a gas grill and plenty of space for play. Living room 2 is used daily as a playroom, office, and home theater/gaming room. However, there is also an extra futon that can be set up, providing additional space for more overnight guests.
