Guest toilet and bathroom with tub. Enjoy the large, bright kitchen and fireplace living room with wood-burning stove. In the large garden there is a large wooden terrace, cozy corner with pergola, trampoline, sandbox, play kitchen and fire pit – perfect for relaxing and playing all year round. About 1 km to large center and S-train directly to KBH.

Here you can unfold on a total of 168m2, with separate parents/children's section with attached bathrooms, both with showers, of which parents the bathroom is with double shower. Lovely and sunny garden with outdoor spa, where there is a built-in sound system and waterfalls and 86 massage jets. Accommodates a total of 6-8 people, divided into 3 rooms. Possibility to charge an electric car in the driveway. The vacation home that makes most of your friends jealous! 😉☀️

Rent our small cozy house of 110 sqm with garden and small older sunny southwest-facing terrace. Two bedrooms, one very large (we call it the "suite" :) ) + one smaller, possibility of extra bed. Large bathroom from 2023 with two showers and sinks. Clever electric charger. The house is a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 3-minute walk from Karlslunde St - S-train to Copenhagen (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not welcome. For safety reasons, the house is not suitable for small children.

The kitchen and living room provides space for everyone to be together. The garden features a gas grill and plenty of space for play. Living room 2 is used daily as a playroom, office, and home theater/gaming room. However, there is also an extra futon that can be set up, providing additional space for more overnight guests.

Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

Copenhagen - Dream house by the beach, Sea view

Our amazing house is located in beautiful nature directly by nice white beach with sea view from all rooms. Olsbækken is a river where trout some times of the year. It runs along the grounds and here you can sit on our own stairs and look at the ducks swimming by. There are nice sea kayaks and bikes that can be used. The house is located in the old beach neighborhood with no street lights so you can see the starry sky. Only 20 minutes from the city.

Nice house in quiet surroundings and close to the beach

Well-disposed detached house, with wonderful garden, with room for both play and relaxation for the whole family. Jump on the trampoline, read books under the pine trees, relax in the hammocks, roast marshmallows on the fire, fire up the grill, or take a trip to the beach. Shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and beach are within walking distance. The train to Copenhagen takes about 25 minutes.
