In the large garden there is a large wooden terrace, cozy corner with pergola, trampoline, sandbox, play kitchen and fire pit – perfect for relaxing and playing all year round. About 1 km to large center and S-train directly to KBH.

The house is suitable for families with several children. Lots of playgrounds in the area. Rent our small cozy house of 110 sqm with garden and small older sunny southwest-facing terrace. Two bedrooms, one very large (we call it the "suite" :) ) + one smaller, possibility of extra bed. Large bathroom from 2023 with two showers and sinks. Clever electric charger. The house is a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 3-minute walk from Karlslunde St - S-train to Copenhagen (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not welcome. For safety reasons, the house is not suitable for small children.

We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

Relax with the whole family in this lovely house with a garden, close to the beach, park, and within walking distance to the S-train, as well as a bus. The kitchen and living room provides space for everyone to be together. The garden features a gas grill and plenty of space for play. Living room 2 is used daily as a playroom, office, and home theater/gaming room. However, there is also an extra futon that can be set up, providing additional space for more overnight guests.

Et arkitekttegnet hus midt i den meget rolige Karlslunde landsby. Ligger på lukket vej kun 100m fra byens gadekær, samt 150m fra indkøb. Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

Copenhagen - Dream house by the beach, Sea view

Our amazing house is located in beautiful nature directly by nice white beach with sea view from all rooms. Olsbækken is a river where trout some times of the year. It runs along the grounds and here you can sit on our own stairs and look at the ducks swimming by. There are nice sea kayaks and bikes that can be used. The house is located in the old beach neighborhood with no street lights so you can see the starry sky. Only 20 minutes from the city.

Well-disposed detached house, with wonderful garden, with room for both play and relaxation for the whole family. Jump on the trampoline, read books under the pine trees, relax in the hammocks, roast marshmallows on the fire, fire up the grill, or take a trip to the beach. Shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and beach are within walking distance. The train to Copenhagen takes about 25 minutes.
