A good walk along the beach (about 15 min.) takes you down to the cozy Mosede Harbor, which offers several really good restaurants and an ice cream shop with homemade waffles and ice cream. Likewise, the station and Greve Midtbycenter are less than 500 meters away, so if you want to go to Copenhagen C, you are only 20 minutes away by train and about 20 minutes by car. The house is located 5 houses from the beach and is not bothered by traffic noise.

Double bed in bedroom, double sofa bed in living room, single bed behind dining area. There is a bus about a few hundred meters away, it takes 8 minutes to Greve train station. Siden er det blevet udvidet og nænsomt moderniseret til et lyst og rummeligt hjem. Her mærkes loftshøjden, de synlige træbjælker og den rolige atmosfære. Huset er ideelt til familier eller par med plads til både samvær og privatliv. De store dobbeltdøre forbinder stue og køkken med den private gårdhave. Kun 200 meter til strand og natur.

Et arkitekttegnet hus midt i den meget rolige Karlslunde landsby. Ligger på lukket vej kun 100m fra byens gadekær, samt 150m fra indkøb. Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

Cozy house in Mosede Strand on 108 square meters. Close to Karlslunde st. And not far from Copenhagen. Close to cozy Mosede Harbour, 800 meters to the beach and shopping opportunities within walking distance. There are three rooms, two with a double bed and a children's room with a junior bed. There is a bath, a large kitchen-dining room and a cozy conservatory with a long table. On the terrace there is a gas grill, garden table and sunbed.

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with plenty of room for fun and games. Only 25 minutes away from Copenhagen, 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot from the station that has the train that runs directly. Space for outdoor fun and many people. We live in the house on a daily basis, but when we are on vacation we rent it out - therefore it can be expected that you can see us on a daily basis in the house.
