There is direct access from the kitchen, dining room and living room out to the over 100 sqm terrace which is south facing and facing fields. Hyggeligt gæstehus tæt ved strand, off. transport, indkøbscenter m.m. Flere restauranter i gå-afstand. Tæt på Roskilde, Køge og København.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

The house is within walking distance to a beautiful coast/beach (well sweated for bathing too). Access to kitchen, bathroom  and to the utility room with washing machine... (Max use once every 14 days for stay>7 days)

The private room is located on the 1st floor in an idyllic wooden house. You will have access to the cozy living room and the balcony from which you can see the beautiful garden with flowers and fruit trees that surround the house. The house is extremely bright and well maintained and decorated with light furniture. In addition, I take great pride in the fact that the house is always clean and neat. You will have your own entrance to the home.
