Vacation rentals with breakfast in Grassau

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! The hospitality could not have been better. The house was large and spotless as well. We 100% recommend!! Thanks both 😃

The accommodation is in a top location directly to the Steinplatte ski area! (About 5 minutes by car, free parking). The room is well equipped and has direct access to the large balcony. The breakfast room is also available in the evening where you can cook. Roswitha welcomed us warmly, gave us tips and really took great care of everything! Very likeable! Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning! We would love to come back anytime and can recommend the accommodation and Roswitha as a host.

Alex and Karoline’s are amazing kind hearted hosts who made us feel very welcomed in Munich in their beautiful house. Alex was very proactive communicator with local recommendations and guidance for any inquiries we had. It is sweet touch of the owners’ to serve lovely breakfast every morning. One of the few AirBnB’s we felt like home. Flexible check-in timings, house was very easy to find with free parking beside the house if you are reaching by car. Convenient location one of the nearest S-Bahn stops is “Mittersendling” 12 mins walk from the house in 9-13 mins reaches Munich Hbf we used this way of transportation however you have plenty of bus options also nearby. Clean house with comfy beds. We would definitely choose Alex’s house for our next visit.

We spent one night passing through in the guesthouse and were very satisfied with everything! The breakfast was prepared with a lot of love, included regional and homemade components and was very delicious. We'd love to come back :)

The cottage was exactly what I was looking for a few days at Lake Tegernsee. Michaela is a good-hearted person and always cares about the well-being of the guest. From the first moment you feel like you're in Grandma's room and incredibly comfortable. There was a varied breakfast every morning and nice conversations where it will go in the day. Michaela always had tips ready and good advice on how best to get to the hiking destinations by public transport. At the end of my stay, I got a cold and promptly got a tea pot and kettle. Really a very great stay, which I can only recommend to everyone. The accommodation also included a piece of terrace, which invites you to linger in warm temperatures. 100 m around the corner is directly the lake, 10 minutes away the nearest bus stop. If you also like to wake up in the morning with cow bells and horses, this is the place to be.

The stay was great, the room was small but cozy, better than the photos suggest. The house is very nice. Claudia is extremely helpful, flexible and very friendly. Thanks to her, everything was just right for me and I had a stress-free stay. I'd love to come back.

It was wonderful staying at Uwe & Carla. Uwe went above and beyond as a host and can only recommend his home. Location is great 5 minutes to S-Bahn for direct connection to city centre of Munich without having to change.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—charming, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It was a perfect match for our trip. The small garden was such a peaceful retreat, a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day out. The location was also excellent—close to everything we needed, yet calm and quiet. We really appreciated the personal touches: a selection of interesting books, a few different beers and a bottle of wine, and even a bucket of fresh fruits waiting for us as a surprise. It made us feel instantly welcome. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the host’s husband, who was especially generous with his time and assistance. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous time staying at Ruth’s! The apartment is adorable with everything you need including a piano and swing! The neighborhood is adorable, with walking paths and different playgrounds along the way to the subway station. Perfect for the family and easy to get into Munich. Also, there is free parking not far away.

Many thanks to Norma-Maria & Michael for this great stay and the hospitality they showed us: absolutely warm and loving! Not least because of the small touches that we were able to experience. ☺️ We felt very comfortable and hopefully will come back again or will ☕️ see each other at the Baltic Sea for a coffee. We are particularly grateful for the tips and recommendations for our daily activities. That was very helpful and pleasant. Here, for example, the recommendation for the delicious breakfast buffet in Kranzbichlhof (very easy to reach on foot) should be mentioned. I was looking for affordable place to stay near Saalbach-Hinterglemm during the FIS alpine world championship. I found it at Hans´s place. Hans and Corrine were great hosts, Hans picked me up with his car when I arrived to the train stationand gave me good recommendations about the local bus transport. His house is Schuttdorf - 5 minutes by bus from the Zell am See tran station. Room and facilities were very clean. There is a breakfast in the morning (included in the price). The neighborhood is very quiet, and you need 5-10 minutes by bus to reach Zell am See (depends where are you going to). Nearest bus station is 8 minutes of waking from Hans´s house. If you are looking for affordable place to eat, I can recommend grill pub Papa Joes which is 10 minutes of walking from Hans´s house. Big and tasty pizzas,burgers and sausages. It looks pretty ordinary from the outside, but the quality of food, portion size and price is great for such an expensive destination as Zell am See is.

The view from rooms was stunning. Claudia was very personable and accommodating. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The room and bathroom were very clean. A guesthouse that I definitely recommend.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!
