Pleasant stay in quiet and peaceful environment. Check-in time is flexible with a key box available. The cottage is spacious, very well equipped and clean. It has a large garden with a picnic table and barbecue. You can park the car in front of or behind the house, the street is not very busy in the countryside. We highly recommend it.

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

Weekend too short in a spotless, very clean accommodation. Very welcoming hosts. Very quiet place, everything we love. We were with family with kids and grandchildren and the outside and games were very popular with the little ones. Equipment for our 5-month-old granddaughter available, very convenient. Flexible check-in that we enjoyed with a baby. Ah I forgot... The wood burning stove allowed us to make a little flare that we loved because we too, heat wood at home. Anyway... nothing negative. Comfortable and very quiet accommodation. Coraline and Fred are very available and very responsive. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional.

We rented Tiphaine's house for 1 week. We really felt at home. A family of 5 with 3 children, the children also enjoyed it because there is enough to keep them busy even in rainy weather. The house is equipped with lots of games and a games room and plenty to read, almost a library. The location is great, easy access to go to Saint-Suliac, Saint-Malo, Dol-de-Bretagne, Dinard… not to mention Tiphaine's welcome, beds made on arrival and her sweetness which adds a real touch of sympathy. Thanks and we'll be back

We had a very nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is right on downtown and all the attractions in Dinan are within walking distance. Also, this is a good home base around the area (st. Malo, Dinard, etc.) You can easily find parking directly on the street. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well equipped and literally has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Julie is a super host. Although she is not directly on site, she is always easily accessible and quick to respond. We had a problem with the water tank in toilets on the first day. Julie immediately organized a handyman and fixed the issue. Thank you Julie, we will be happy to come back!

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramural 10 minutes' walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road… Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. We had a great weekend at Clément and Christine's who hosted us remarkably well. The apartment is impeccable, of impeccable cleanliness and very well-equipped (nothing is missing). It is also decorated with a lot of taste and attention, which gives it a warm atmosphere, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment's comfortable exteriors offer remarkable views of Saint Malo on one side and Dinard on the other. The residence, very secure, is in absolute calm, in a green environment with walking distance to the beach! In addition, the welcome from our hosts was friendly and the contact very easy. We would highly recommend it and will return during our next stay in Dinard.

This is a lovely place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. Beatrice was a great host, she met us when we got there and gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment. We had everything we needed there, we did pay the extra 10 euros for linens. There was a lot of room for us including lots of storage space. We highly recommend this place.

We were welcomed by Samuel and Katia with a smile. Very well arranged and tastefully decorated home! It is close to the center and the port for sightseeing. Private parking is a real plus. Only small downside for those sleeping in the living room, it can be a bit noisy with the road.
