Edith was an amazing host….highly responsive…when we arrived there was water leaking from the lights over the counter from upstairs ..responded quickly on how to turn the water off as well as arrived quickly to inspect and clean up/repair. She also quickly informed other tenants we were there to ensure outside gate was left open for us. Apartment well equipped including kitchen. Location was amazing with beautiful views and easy to access local restaurants, ramparts and shops via walking . Easy bus access to train station. Our friends who live in St Malo and Vienne were very impressed. Great collection of guides to Bretagne as well as history . We would definitely return on our next trip to St Malo.

The apartment is as described. It is quiet, clean and nice. Its backyard is very convenient for parking the car (narrow street in front!)

We had a wonderful stay and loved the apartment, especially the generous space, the excellent and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom had a good shower and the beds were very comfortable. Great location and we would love to stay again.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, very bright with magnificent views, great calm, close proximity to the beach, all intramural, garage in the building, ideal for a family stay. very nice, well-equipped studio. Close proximity to the beach but on a very quiet street. Access to the garden of a plant enthusiast, out of sight of the street. Great stay I'll probably recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. And we'll probably be back! It feels like home. Great location. Ocean view. Very nice, bright, cozy apartment. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. We came with a baby, all the equipment for him was provided. A real comfort not to have had to bring all this. Nothing to say great stay. Thanks!

We had a great time at Frédérick's place. Everything was perfect, the location, the facilities, the kindness of our host. Everything was provided, even the "Toutou Bar". We'll be back without hesitating.

Clean and well arranged accommodation. Very well equipped and spacious. Location close to the center, you can do anything on foot. Small downside on sound insulation. We had a great weekend.

Elisabeth was very responsive to my questions. The apartment is perfectly in line with the photos and description. It is quiet and spacious, with a large sunny terrace. It is decorated with charm. It is perfectly equipped and it is very functional. It is very well located, right next to the market, the city center and the beach, but far enough away not to be disturbed by these activities.

We had a great time in this apartment with very neat decoration,( the dishes are very beautiful🤩) and we were very sensitive to it. Besides, We found that the photos do not show thanks to the apartment, it is very clear and located in front of the Rance, no vis-à-vis! We wake up with bird chirping! Very "COZY" accommodation but super well-equipped and arranged with its small intimate terrace (smoking), and especially its wonderful Jacuzzi; everything is perfect in this accommodation rather for adults and no children (stairs). Ideally located, both quiet and in the heart of the village, Romain is also very friendly. To summarize, I recommend it without moderation!!

Well-arranged, well-equipped home. In the city center, nice shops, many restaurants. Close to Mont Saint Michel. The whole is very satisfactory.
