Very good quiet stay in Danila's home. 20-25 minutes from Menaggio, several restaurants nearby and breathtaking views. We had a wonderful week there with our dog. We recommend this place without a second thought. Danila gave us a lot of good tips and clear information to get to the accommodation

This is a gem and would always go back again, when visiting Lake Como. The rooftop terrace is really outstanding and with a breathtaking view over the lake. Will be back :)

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Lovely place and stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Tilde wasn't just a holiday; it was an experience I'll treasure forever. The only downside? Having to pack our bags and leave! Andrea's directions were flawless, guiding us directly to the front door without a single wrong turn. The driveway is a bit of an adventure the first time, but if you go slow and steady, it's perfectly manageable and you'll be navigating it like a local in no time. The apartment is an absolute gem – spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and feeling surprisingly spacious. We lived on the balconies, soaking in the atmosphere from our private outdoor havens. The view from there is simply out of this world; I could have spent the entire trip just gazing at the lake. Seeing the full moon shimmer across the water is a vision I will never forget. Andrea was the epitome of a perfect host. His communication was second to none, and his insider recommendations truly made our trip special. It's a very peaceful place with a nice terrace and a lot of plants. The road is quite audible from the bedroom and the curtain is very thin, so good to bring earplugs and an eye mask. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, I would recommend it.

The view is spectacular. Even better in person. Worth the drive up the mountains. By the third day I was driving like a local. Spent 5 peaceful relaxing days. The huge balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying cocktails. Short drive to the local grocery store and Varenna was just a 20 min drive.

This is a one of a kind airbnb - an extremely beautiful home. Great for a romantic trip. If you are planning to do significant travel in between towns, it is a bit more difficult location-wise as it is a ~20-25 minute walk (no sidewalk) to Torno for ferries and taxis are hard to come by, but you can plan your day around the ferry times. Monica was very responsive and made check-in easy. Would stay here again.

Very nice apartment in an extremely good location - few minutes walking to the lake! The host, Maria, is very helpful and very good in her communication and provided to us whatever we were asking for, such as a baby bed and a high chair for our kid. And last, but not least: a safe parking is included. Overall, highly recommended!

This place was perfect for our friend group’s trip! The location was perfect with gorgeous views and the hosts were extremely hospitable even giving us homemade baked goods as a parting gift.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Claudio was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Communication was perfect. The apartment was very spacious and perfectly clean. Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! The communication in advance was very friendly and the check-in was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this. We will be happy to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had a place with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to enjoy the environment. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a crib… even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of small touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruit, yogurt, beer… And for those who like their peace and quiet, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, that would really be the cherry on top. But otherwise, everything was great, a real slice of heaven

Loved staying here in Perledo! The apartment was clean and had everything we need for our stay! Selena was extremely helpful when it came to trying to figure out the train disruption in Varenna. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

Comfortable apartment in Lake Como

5 stars The location of this property is unbeatable — right in the heart of Bellagio’s main city center, close to everything. I want to thank Gioele and the staff for their prompt and very attentive help, especially with our luggage. I had some issues with my knees, and they came through without hesitation, helping my wife and me with all four suitcases. We were truly satisfied with the stay. If you’re planning to enjoy Bellagio and want a great location with thoughtful hosts, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!
