I felt right at home during my stay. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The host was professional and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I would be happy to stay here again.

This unit was amazing! My husband and I stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend. This space was perfect for two. The space was romantic and private. We really enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing! The views were amazing! We would stay here again in the future.

Great condo and great location! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was a huge perk. I appreciated Roger’s great communication, always sending tidbits before I needed info—for checkin, for pool access, etc. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful week at Patzy’s peaceful and spacious apartment. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with every appliance you might need, and we had plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably. Patzy was both proactive and responsive in her communication with us, and we enjoyed her hospitality. Thank you!

Great place to stay when visiting WinterPark

This place was great! Right across the Winter Park resort, literally a 3 min walk across the street to get to the village. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was great too! Very clean and comfortable

Nicky’s place was fabulous! Great location, walk to lake and restaurants in minutes, the fire place was perfect while the snow was coming down. The condo seems brand new and modern. The bed was comfy. The party deck would be fun in the Summer. The upper level has large bunk beds and bathroom which would be perfect if traveling with kids. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Nicky was amazing at giving instructions and keeping us in the loop with door lock codes and accommodating us with early check in and late check out. Stay here! Grand lake is gorgeous!

Luxuriously Appointed! Great open, easy, ranch layout smartly designed for guest comfort. I really appreciated the quality and comfort of the furnishings, much higher than most STRs. I slept like a rock in the comfortable bed. Every detail was attended to and the place very well organized. I would like to specifically thank the host for a) labeling the light switches and b) having enough faith in humanity to provided cast iron pans in your STR. It allowed me to make a lovely brunch skillet, just like at home. Rest assured I treated your seasoning with the same care and respect I do my own. :-)

Great cabin, and great location! The cabin itself was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. Great home base for accessing Grand Lake and the surrounding area. Only 5 minutes from downtown Grand Lake. Just as good was Pamela's hosting. She reached out to me a week ahead of time with clear instructions about how to get to the cabin, check in/check out procedures, etc. She responded immediately (more than once) with answers to my questions. Then, a couple days later, she reached out to me again to give me a heads up about fire bans and gave me a link to the Grand County site for more information. I was impressed and appreciative of her proactive, courteous messages. Great stay. Highly recommend!

We loved the space. It is convenient to shopping and multiple ski resorts. The unit is clean and well appointed. Cory and D were great hosts and took good care of us during our stay.

Great cabin just a short drive from downtown Grand Lake and the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Lots of hikes and lakes in the area. It’s a good size cabin in a small community. Walk up the road and get great mountain views. This was one of the most well stocked airbnbs we have stayed in which was super helpful when traveling as a family. We stayed with our 9 and 1 yo and they loved it. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to check out RMNP and surrounding areas.

Great place ! We even encountered a moose wandering through the neighborhood!

One of the best stays I've ever been to. It is super close to Grand Lake and RMNP. The house was also beautiful and spacious and perfect for our group.

Excellent space and location, very well appointed and has all needed supplies. Devon was really really responsive and everything he stated was accurate. The space was stylish and cozy. Bed super comfortable and the desk had a monitor we were able to use. WiFi strong and easy to access. Location was really great for our needs and we could walk to dinner (definitely go to Fuego Azteca!), coffee and grocery store. I highly recommend Devon’s place!

Fantastic stay! The views are beautiful and the condo was in a quiet area stocked with thoughtful touches. The kids had fun in the pool right downstairs. Close to grocery store and has a walking trail out front.

This was a fantastic place to so end our anniversary. The hosts gave us wonderful dinner recommendations and it was as beautiful as described. We can’t wait to come back again.

this is the third or fourth time now that I stayed at Sandra's place and I love it every time. I always make sure I look to see if it's available when I'm headed back up to Granby. I highly recommend it. great place to stay. it's decorated so cute. I just love it. And only 20-30 minutes to recommend national Park which is fantastic!

This was the perfectly home base for our hiking adventures! There were trails, wildlife, views, and City Market right nearby. Great central location to Granby, RMNP, Sulphur Hot Springs, Winter Park, restaurants, etc. We had so much to do in a 20 minute radius! As for the condo it was cozy, functional and stylish! Loved the little patio for coffee and wine. Loved the dry sauna and gym area. We didn’t use the hot tubs but they looked great and there were 3 or 4 of them with different temps. It was super peaceful here this time of year! The condo had a full sized coffee pot which we appreciated. I can’t say enough about how thoughtful the storage was in the condo, which makes a smaller place so very perfect and not annoying at all. My husband and I brought our 70lb dog and we were so comfortable in this space! There are hooks to hang gear, one mirrored storage closet so we didn’t fight over the bathroom vanity, the right amount of dishes, and lots of little shelf nooks to unpack. Loved!!

Dawn's place was great. We only stayed one night, but wished we had more nights there. Everything was as described. Would definitely stay there again!
