The location is beautiful and the house was perfect for me and family staying for a high school graduation in town. Fully stocked with everything one could need. And it was great having two living areas for everyone to have their space.

Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

We loved Aaron and Katie’s home! Their home was beautiful and the views were breathtaking! It was a great place to stay with lots of kids! Their management texted us to check in on us and were very helpful with everything we needed!!

Fantastic house!! Everything was immaculately clean and well thought out. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. This was a last minute find due to our previously booked airbnb not working out. Hosts were flexible and accommodating, responding quickly to all of our questions. It isnt secluded but the neighborhood was peaceful and offered amazing views. There is a grocery store right up the road which was very convenient. If I was to find one negative, my kiddos struggled to fall asleep at night without having tvs in the bedroom. This is just something they're used to and not really an issue with the house. I would definitely stay here again!!

It's a great place for a large family or a group of friends. Everything is as described. The host is very responsive and helpful. It's a great location and an easy walk to central Grand Lake. We look forward to visiting again.

We had an amazing stay at this BnB! The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with a stunning view and a peaceful, secluded vibe. It was perfectly located—close to Rocky Mountain National Park, yet quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be back!

The place was amazing! George was extremely responsive and helpful! He communicated so well with us before and during our stay. The home was very close to our activities, and the view was breathtaking. We had 2 Moose hanging out in the yard, my wife had never seen one in the wild! The accomodations were perfect for our family get together on Mother's Day. Thank you George!

The home was local to the Winter Park Resort and the town. It had beautiful views of the mountains and fit our family 5 easily.

We absolutely loved our stay at Van’s place! The home was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were absolutely stunning, and the hot tub with the mountains in the background was the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed quite a few places in the Colorado mountains over the years. My husband and I both agreed that this place was, bar none, the best and nicest place we have ever stayed. We booked it nearly a year in advance when we found out our friends from England were going to be coming for Christmas and it did not disappoint. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked and the local grocery store and a few fast food eats were only a 5-minute drive. Located right off of Highway 40 this was easy access to activities in the area. Cindy was extremely helpful and responsive with the one question we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Masum did a great job communicating with me. His place was very clean with beautiful views. We loved going in to Fraser and enjoyed Tabernash Tavern.

Couldn’t have picked a better place for my girlfriend and I to stay for the weekend. Gorgeous place that’s very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Tim was a great host and messaged to check in to make sure everything was great… and it was that and more! Highly recommend.

It was a great place to stay. Be aware that this cabin is above 9,000ft and can contribute to elevation sickness. Beyond that it was amazing to hear the water in the stream while we were outside playing. Very quiet and not very busy road. The water pressure could have been better, but got the job done. It’s hard to fault pressure when the place is on top of a mountain:).

House was perfect for our trip! Had everything we needed, was clean and modern with Great views and ski in ski out!

Corinne was an awesome host. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is better than expected. It felt like a family member gave you use of their mountain home. It was instantly comfortable. We had a pup with us and the backyard was perfect for our 4 legged adventurer. The post and rail fence has mesh on it so your pup can’t get out. We didn’t have Granby on our list of Colorado stays, but Corrine’s home ended up making it the perfect destination. Close to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We only went out once to eat at Brickhouse40, because it was pet friendly and they did a super job (get the S’mores bread pudding). Grand Azteka was awesome Mexican (they do take out). Grocery store is super close. Corrine’s place checks all of the boxes. Don’t hesitate. Book it !

This place was perfect! The river was just outside the door you could hear the roar of the water which was sooo relaxing!! I came up by myself and I felt safe comfortable and very relaxed! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! The hot tub under the stars was a perfect end to my night...I already sent his place to 3 of my friends for them to book the room they were amazed at the pictures I posted on IG ...ill definitely be coming back!!
