Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Grand Junction

This was the perfect spot within walking distance of town! The yard felt spacious and private, and the house had everything you could need for a weekend or week stay. It was very clean, well-decorated and a great base camp spot for all the fun Fruita adventures.

Graeme was great at communicating prior to, and during our stay. He had a lot of helpful recommendations for wineries to visit, and good restaurants. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Good location and nicely outfitted for our long weekend getaway. Definitely will stay here on future trips to Fruita.

A lovely, whimsically appointed home that was ideally located, very private, quiet, and spacious. Ron was a phenomenal host—offered early check in because it was available, communicated quickly with helpful instructions, recommendations and a bit of humor, gracious and flexible about our stay. We’ll definitely book with Ron when in Grand Junction again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palisade Vineyard Paradise. What a paradise it was! The gorgeous views of the surrounding Bookcliffs and the Grand Mesa from the upper south facing deck of the house were amazing. The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular from the deck. You get the same views from the hot tub, which was also an excellent place to watch the sunrise. There was plenty of room in the house for our friends and family to visit and the kitchen is set up perfectly for entertaining and dinner parties. Two thumbs up for Ken and Megan providing such a beautiful space! Thanks!

This is the perfect spot to stay in Palisade. It’s a short drive to town and we even biked. It’s very peaceful and has amazing views all around. 10/10 stay here if you can. We will be back!

Fantastic place!! The location is perfect for mountain bike enthusiasts, right outside the entrance to McInnis Canyons National Conservation area, and the house accommodates this type of stay beautifully . We just stayed for two nights and only brought a couple bikes; did as much as we could and loved it! The map painted on the wall detailing the trails and their difficulty levels was perfect!! The loft with the little telescope was so charming - a huge hit with the kids! The house was spotless upon arrival and we had no trouble checking in or out. We will be back for sure!! This is our second time staying at this awesome Barn Retreat! Everything is always clean and beautiful and all of the cute updates throughout the house make it so charming and classy! We will definitely come back again and again. Stan does a great job at adding new things around the property to make it even better each stay! 10 out of a 10!

The house was great and a short walk to a playground. There were lots of extra blankets, pillows and linens which was perfect for the kids sleeping on the futon. Neighborhood felt safe and the house is on a quiet street.

This farm house and property is beautiful. Set up and equipped with anything you need to make your stay comfortable. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here with friends and family and we're so thankful for the space, yard, and plenty of rooms. Tamara has been great about responding and answering all my questions from the time of booking, 5 months prior.

We loved coming back to stay! The location is wonderful - quiet and close to downtown. The backyard for our dogs was especially appreciated.

we loved the enclosed space in the back. It's completely fenced in. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. This location is a great central located. The full kitchen wth full table makes it nice to spread out and breath.

Perfect home base! A black and a half to get to Main Street but far enough away that’s its peaceful and quiet. The house itself was great too!

The house fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and well-situated to take advantage of downtown Grand Junction.

House was decorated adorably. Pooches enjoyed the big fenced yard. Very efficient water heater. Bed linens were very cozy.

So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

Two words - absolutely awesome! This property was amazing in all regards. Very spacious, very clean, very well equipped, beautifully decorated, lots of amenities. The guest house, the pool, the hot tub, the huge firepit (x2) - all were wonderful. The yard is very spacious and quiet with great views - awesome for outdoor cooking and living. Nightime lighting around the patio and in the trees create a nice ambiance. It even had water flowing through a landscaped creek. Great place for kids with the tree house, tire swing, and life sized playhouse with foosball and an upper playroom. Huge parking area. Historic home. Not sure how else I can promote this place but my group of 9 loved it. Plenty of space for larger groups of families. The host was very good with plenty of communication and quick response. Highly recommended.

Clean and great location

Wow wow and wow. I wish I could’ve stayed more time at Cindy’s farm. I was lucky enough to find this place to rest along the way on my cross country roadtrip but ended up finding one of my favorite views here. The sunrise views you wake up alone would make me want to come back in the future. Thank you Cindy for sharing your home ◡̈

The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Great communication. The perfect place for my hubby and I to crash after a grueling trail run.

We loved it!!! Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌
