The bay is quiet, perfect for paddle boarding and also home to some of the best bass fishing in the country. The spacious yard has a hammock and tree swing, lovely for reading a book or relaxing with a glass of wine. The back deck overlooks the lake with rocking chairs and a hot tub. Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Welcome to the Lake Champlain Islands! Bring your Boat and the State access is minutes away! In my humble opinion South Hero is the most special town on the Island, where apples are the main crop! Fall is a special time here, our forest turns colors! Enjoy biking and hiking trails. The town beach is 3 miles down the road and a lovely place to enjoy a quiet summer's day. Just in case you need the city life, we are located 25 minutes north of Burlington and one hour south of Montreal.
