Quiet apartment in Little Italy, 2 minutes from the metro

Bright, spacious and quiet apartment in the Rosemont neighborhood near Petite Italie, 2 minutes from the Beaubien metro station which leads to the city center. A closed bedroom adjacent to the living room and portable air conditioning installed at the window in the summer. Close to places to visit, walking distance to the Plateau and Jean Talon market. Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

My place is in a good location that is 3 minutes away from the Joliette Metro Station, then you are just a few stations to Downtown, Old Montreal and the Festival Place. It is close to the Olympic Stadium and the Botanical Garden. You’ll love my place because it is very bright, clean and airy. It is very quiet, it has private parking on the property if needed.
