We know you will too! Note: We absorb the cleaning fee! Guests should leave our home as clean and tidy as possible.

It features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a game room with three single beds, with 2 additional mattresses. You are welcome to use BBQ grill on the patio, firepit by the valley stream or enjoy a full kitchen.

No smoking anywhere in or on property. 6 persons maximum.

Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
