Guests will enjoy a private one bedroom apartment that is attached to our log cabin in Ticonderoga. Our central location between the lakes provides quests easy access to everything the Adirondacks have to offer. We are 1 mile from the boat launch in Lake George and 3 miles from the boat launch on Lake Champlain and historic Fort Ticonderoga. The town beach on Lake George is within 3 miles. Hiking in both NY and VT. Main street Ticonderoga is just 1/2 mile away. 18 hole golf is within 3 miles.

Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Private structure, separate from the main house, about 800’ from little travelled paved road. Beautiful rural location on a 13 acre lot looking out on the NY Adirondack mountains with some lake views and often spectacular sunsets. About 5 minutes to NY Crown point state park and the Champlain Bridge Restaurant, 20 minutes to Middlebury college or Vergennes. 55 minutes to the Burlington Airport. Plenty of restaurants in a 20 minute radius. Closest ski area is Middlebury snow bowl ( +- 40 min)
