Home has all conveniences including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, cable TV and Wifi. All dishes, cookware, utensils, bedding and towels provided.

Lifelong memories await you! Sunrises are impeccable. Incredible views of the Vermont mountains. The cottage has a rocky beach and great water quality. There is a private dock to fish or relax on! Burlington is 30 minutes away. General stores with all your needs and some incredible restaurant options within minutes.

Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

For avid bicyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area, which is where the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway is, and then it’s another 10 miles on the bike path to Burlington's waterfront park.

Directly on Lake Champlain with uninterrupted views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Beautiful Sunsets! Adjacent to the Island Line Rail Trail Bike Path and 10 miles to Burlington by bike. Full kitchen with under counter refrigerator. Close to vineyards and apple orchards. 3 night minimum stay. Bike ferry is us usually open from May to Oct. Check schedule for hours.
