Vacation rentals with a patio in Grand County

Great place—very clean and exactly like the pictures! The instructions were clear and helpful. The host also gave great recommendations for places to check out, which was much appreciated. The only issue was communication. When I asked about an early check-in, my message was read but never answered. Then, at check-in time, the cleaning crew was still there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but improved communication would be helpful for future guests. Overall, I would book again!

Hands down best AirBnb I've ever stayed at! Place feels like a luxury hotel with all the small details (towels folded nicely, great smells, clean feel, etc.). Must stay here for any Winter Park trip (~5 min drive to mountain and walking distance to restaurants). Kitchen was also fully stocked and has a grill in the balcony which was very appreciated.

Wonderful place to stay, within 45 minutes to an hour away from multiple ski resorts! Would definitely stay here again. If winter, make sure you have 4x4 to get up and down the hill with ease!

Nice two bedroom apartment with generous living and kitchen. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The bus to Winter Park picks up in the parking lot. So easy.

We loved this beautiful, cozy condo! The ski in/out access was very easy (although it’s worth noting that if you have a beginner skier in your group you won’t be able to access ski-in because it requires intermediate skill, but beginners will be able to ski out at least!) and SO convenient. We loved being able to go back to the condo to take a ski break in our own cozy surroundings. The place is small but still feels spacious, with a really big bathroom and plenty of closet space. I loved having the tiny kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every single meal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Blake’s space was perfect for my girlfriends and I for our quick one night stay after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect and the space was comfy. We also really enjoyed the hot tub.

Our family enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient to skiing (only a 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch), the grocery store, and town. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place. Super clean apartment, close to restaurants, bus stop (Winter Park) and other activities. Kitchen is stocked and location is unbeatable. Private heated parking is a perk in winter. Janet is responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul's home! The location was PERFECT and Paul was extremely responsive whenever we had a question about the property! We can't wait to stay again in the future!

This place was amazing! Kari and Dan made us feel welcomed and right at home. The place was super clean and comfortable. There were enough bedrooms for my husband and I and our 2 older kids. We could have easily had one more couple stay with us. The best part was their very informative binder with basically every question answered you could think of! :) Even though there was a slight hiccup when we got there because a fuse had blown, they were responsive and attentive and it was fixed immediately. It’s in a great location very close to all the town restaurants and things to do. Sledding for little kids and the main area for concerts in the summer. I would rent this again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at Tim’s place was awesome. The location is amazing and we loved the house. Tim was super helpful as well. We hope to stay again!

Susan's house was exactly as described and pictured. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was very clean and incredibly well equipped. The furnishings were perfect for the place and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. We loved the mountain views from the balcony, enjoyed the hot tub. The primary suite was very luxurious and the other bedrooms were well laid out and it was nice that they also had their own bathrooms. The town is just a short ride away and getting to Winter Park for skiing was super easy. We were very glad we found this house!

Cozy spot with lots of room and only 5-10 min from Winter Park parking! Very clean, comfortable, and convenient! Would recommend to anyone!

Great stay! Clean and well-equipped, incl. consumables like Dove shower products, condiments/spices, laundry soap, etc. Amenities (fireplace, hot tub w/unobstructed view) both SO nice after days cross-country skiing. Having a garage such a treat on cold mornings. Almost 100% as pictured - note the white towel robes are no longer provided in case you want to pack one! - otherwise very accurate. Lots of blankets, linens, pillow choices for sleeping, so bed was comfortable & customizable. 2nd BR/BA across the house from primary; nice for privacy if a group. Outstanding host - one of the best we've stayed with. We almost needed to extend by one night last-minute due to winter storms forecast (at home, ironically), for our departure day. Although we ultimately made it out on time, Sarah was SO communicative and would have rearranged the cleaners so we could stay until early the following morning. We love this area and hope to return again next year; would happily stay again!

Thanks Mike And Heather for hosting us, the house was clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, we prepared our breakfast and dinner with no issues. Enjoyed our stay here so much, we for sure would love to come back anytime in the future. Highly recommended!

Place was exactly like the photos. Very clean. Had all the essentials available to us. Very quiet. This place was definitely our favorite. Will definitely stay here again.

Their place was so cozy and warm with a lot of board games which we did not use because we were exhausted from skiing lol. The BEST LOCATION. You can’t get more convenient as you walk out the door and are at the lift. The place was as advertised and a good option for our family of two adults and two young kids

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

The place is incredibly nice with great amenities. The host is very active and helpful. I would highly recommend it for 4 people. However, I would suggest having your own car, since there aren’t many buses or public transportation options around. Having a car makes it much easier to get around and fully enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time! Our plans included skiing at Winter Park, which was about a 25-minute drive, and visiting Hot Sulphur Springs, just 15 minutes away. Though the Silver Creek facility is older, it was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the onsite amenities, especially the hot tubs. Overall, a great experience!
