Cozy place to stay while in Granby!

We loved the accommodations and appreciated the upgrades and tasteful décor. The beds were comfortable, the towels, luxurious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The building was rustic but the interior is comfortable and fresh. There were other residents living their lives, so could get noisy at times, but well worth the drive and the cost.

This home went above our expectations. The condo was so spacious. It felt like a brand new home. It was impeccably, clean and free of any clutter. The natural light is amazing. You can’t go wrong with the area as there are a couple walkable restaurants, and a little market. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the amenities the condo had to offer. The host was very responsive and left us detailed instructions and detailed information once we were in the condo. Definitely looking forward to booking this again and letting everyone know what a beautiful property it is!

This retreat was the perfect stay for my girlfriend and I’s 1 year anniversary! Great amenities like the hot tub, grill, and fire pit that we took multiple use of during our stay. Exactly what we expected, and didn’t disappoint. Richard also made the stay better, kind soul who knows the roots of Georgetown pretty well with good recommendations! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfy lodge stay with private amenities and clean space that is kept up.

It was a great place to stay. Be aware that this cabin is above 9,000ft and can contribute to elevation sickness. Beyond that it was amazing to hear the water in the stream while we were outside playing. Very quiet and not very busy road. The water pressure could have been better, but got the job done. It’s hard to fault pressure when the place is on top of a mountain:).

This house is beautiful. The management company, especially Christine, is great. We had an issue with another property and she switched us here. Thoughtful, responsive, professional. Thanks! The house is in a great location with killer views. Clean and well-designed.

The house was clean, well stocked with complimentary snacks, trashbags, laundry detergent, towels etc. The Views and proximity to hiking, biking, and other amenities in Idaho Springs was ideal for our stay. The house is modern, comfortable and well laid out. My Wife and daughter particularly enjoyed the reading nook. The kids made use of the host provided snow sleds as there was no shortage of snow during our stay. We saw a resident Bull Moose lumbering around multiple times and even watched it mill around the edge of the pond while we were in the hot tub! In addition to the Moose we saw Mule deer and a Coyote/Wolf-(not sure which). The frequent wildlife sightings and snow really made the stay unique and memorable for us and the kids! You really can’t get the same experience staying in town. Ashlyn was an incredible host and was quick to respond to any questions we asked. Highly recommend this host and stay. -Dustin-

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. So much to do in the area! We got a bunch of snow while there and it was such a cozy stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful mountain home. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to local spots to eat in Empire, and just a short drive to Loveland Ski Area, Georgetown, and Idaho Springs. It was so quiet and serene, and sitting in the hot tub overlooking the creek was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Linda was very communicative and made the check-in process super easy. Overall, a peaceful mountain retreat with great access to everything you need nearby. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The photos truly don’t capture the breathtaking views from the home—it’s even more stunning in person. This place was absolutely beautiful, I cannot recommend it enough! It is 10,000ft in the middle of the mountains with views all around. Even though it is a condo, we often felt like we were the only people there. It is right next to the St. Mary trail so we were able to easily hike. Jason was incredibly kind and attentive to all of our questions and made the stay very easy. Notably, if you are staying here I highly suggest a car (you might be able to find an Uber up from downtown Idaho Springs, but getting back down will be more difficult). If it is available def book this place!!

We had a phenomenal stay at Tara’s Airbnb! The host was very friendly, responsive, and made the process really easy for us by providing clear instructions, local recommendations, etc. The place itself was very clean & pristine with a fully stocked kitchen, great decor, and beautiful views of the mountains. It was also conveniently close to the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, downtown Grand Lake (walkable), and other nice kid friendly hiking spots (Adam’s Falls, East Shore Trail). 10/10 recommend and would stay there again!

Location, Location, Location! Todd’s condo is just about five minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park—perfect for our family, who planned to explore it the next day. It’s also just steps from beautiful Grand Lake. There’s a seating area on the front porch that made the perfect spot for morning coffee. Parking is free and plentiful—we were able to park right in front of the rental, which made loading and unloading super convenient. A quick walk around to the other side of the building leads you to local shops and dining spots. Don’t miss the wonderful bakery about a block away on the corner—they serve a tasty breakfast and sell delicious pastries. Todd was incredibly responsive to my booking request, and his communication throughout was fantastic. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Four adults stayed comfortably for one night. Both the bed and the pull-out couch were comfortable, and the bathroom had a large shower with a handheld shower wand.

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place near Winter Park resort. The home was lovely, clean, and well stocked. We would stay again!

This was a LOVELY condo for a girls' trip to Georgetown! Enjoyed coffee and the view from the patio both mornings, cooking in the kitchen, taking a scenic walk around the very nearby lake, and the quick drive to the Georgetown Loop. We also loved the shower (seriously!), the adorable electric fireplace, and the great products Rebecca left to use. Great communication the entire trip, and we'd definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting a home base for a trip to Georgetown and the surrounding area.

The great location (right behind the best western) made this a really easy place to stay, and it's across the street from the bus stop to Winter Park. Something like four bus lines stop there - I think the longest I waited for a bus was five minutes. The locker at the resort is a total game-changer and made everything so much easier. If you're a ski town airbnb host reading this (anywhere) and have the ability to get a locker for your guests, please do it! The roku in the living room made streaming easy.

Loved our stay! We went for the skiing at Winter Park which was so conveniently close. The condo itself was perfect for our family. We ate in most evenings (although there are so many good restaurants near by) and enjoyed our post-ski evenings unwinding in the unit. Tammy was a wonderful and communicative host!

Great home base for adventuring Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, AND Lake Granby! Had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway in the mountains! Easy to find, easy to access. Leah was very quick to respond!
