Wonderful house, clean, nicely decorated and furnished and had all amenities you’d need for a great time in the mountains. Ronald was always quick to respond to any questions. The location was great, felt peaceful and remote but was close to every. We hope to be back soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! We love staying at Doug’s place! It’s clean and comfortable, and it’s right by the bus stop for skiing at Winter Park. We also love the restaurants in and around Cooper Creek Square!

A great location with easy access to the lake for our purposes. Cozy clean condo, just as described and a seamless check-in/out process. My buddies and I stayed here for an ice fishing trip and the condo was a comfy reprieve at the end of each day!

Stepping into Lee's home was like walking into a time capsule. The late 70s architecture of the building, as well as the awesome furniture and carpet, have been kept amazingly. We loved the retro look and atmosphere. We also saw a moose in the parking lot!

Had a great stay for 1 month at Brooke's place. Very convenient shuttle stop 20 steps away to get around town and to the slopes. Great views and plenty of space to spread out for sleeping with larger groups. Had mixed reviews on some of the bed comfort but they got the job done. Fireplace was cozy and kitchen seating accommodated more than expected from the pictures. Highly recommend.

Brand new condos that are perfect for a ski trip. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 master with its own bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and one small bunk room (with no door). 4 total bedrooms including the bunk room with 3 bathrooms. The hot tub on the roof is super cool with great views. There is a garage for 2 cars although it is very narrow. Less than a 2 minute walk to the bus stop for skiing and we were able to walk almost everywhere in town to eat, shop, etc. As the house is technically 4 stories (firsst garage, second kitchen / 1 bedroom, third 3 bedrooms, and fourth hot tub/roof) there are some stairs. This did not bother us however!

Great place, as advertised. Very close to the base lift at Granby and we skied down to the back porch at closing time each day. It was a short walk through base camp in the mornings to get to the lift. Many ski in/ski out's are a stretch and aren't as advertised but this one proved to be a true ski in/ski out. Very happy with price, location and amenities. I was able to walk over to the gym for a workout in the morning (with access to pool and hottub as well) for $15/day. IF you plan to go the gym, they only allow you to come in with a clean change of shoes (BEWARE). They don't want the salt and grit on the machines and they WILL turn you away. Also, given that the house does allow pets, I'm surprised they have carpet in the upstairs. Would prefer hard surfaces throughout (wood/tile/etc) for cleanliness reasons but I realize that's a personal preference and everyone's different. Great place overall!

We enjoyed our stay at Regina’s place. It was clean, comfortable and well kept. The location is close to good restaurants and activities with a great view of the mountains. The sauna and hot tub are added bonus. Regina is an excellent host, friendly, courteous and responsive.

The space was great for our group of 6. The private hot tub and Blackstone grill were added bonuses! The shuttle for Winter Park is just around the corner which was convenient and appreciated!

This place was immaculate from top to bottom. I felt right at home from the start. would definitely book this one again!!!

Had a great stay at Sarah’s place! It was my wife and my first stay since having our newborn daughter, and it was a great, easy, beautiful stay in winter park! We would visit Sarah’s place again!

We loved our stay (2 kids, 4 adults). The space is amazing, great short drive to the resort, excellent selection of games and a lovely space for hanging out. Plus comfortable rooms for everyone and some of the most lovely decor - they have such great taste! Hosts were also friendly and responsive.

We loved our stay at Kerry’s place! The house was comfortable and just the right size for our family of five to spend time together and also have our own space. We hope to stay again in the future when we come through!

Great place. Everything was as described. The host was responsive, and even was conscientious enough to notify us when they learned internet in the area had gone out. Highly recommend the space, and a good long soak in their nice new hot tub with the view of the mountains.

Perfect place if you're going Ski/Snowboarding in or around Granby . A minute away from the nearest Supermarket, A few minutes from Fraser which has plenty of restaurants / activities and 20 min away from Winterpark. The place in general was super nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Definitely moneys worth !! Whenever I'm going snowboarding again at WinterPark i would most definitely stay here again.

I will definitely love to come back to Noelle’s place. Great host in many ways. Communicate with guest, pride in her place, and thoughtfulness to details that make it feel like home. Absolutely perfect stay! No matter if it’s a family, friends or couples trip, this location and stay is perfect for whatever occasion! Check-in is super smooth and the pics posted give an accurate description..without a doubt you should very much consider this unit an option when looking for a stay in the area. I will be back!

Cute, clean and comfortable place. Had everything you might need and more. Great communication and instructions on how to check in and out. Great location! Quiet and peaceful. We had deer walk through the back yard! Would definitely stay here again!
