Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Grand County

Jesse's place was great, exactly what we needed. All amenities etc in working order. The only thing is that the place does not have working internet and you might have to pay by day to have your own. In my case i really needed only one day as i had to use my laptop connected. Great location, first floor even better.

Fred was very responsive and helpful in choosing this room while booking. Was in a great location for our group. The place had plenty of parking as we had multiple cars. The amenities were great as well. We would book with Fred again.

Great stay at a new resort next to a golf course. short drive to town for a few restaurants and grocery store. It was nice to have a kitchen to make our own meals, a washer and dryer in-unit, and plenty to do for the kids. There was a small rec room (foosball, pingpong, billiards), a pool and hot tub, exterior grill. Nice upgrade over a traditional hotel with gorgeous mountain views and way less busy than Breckenridge, Aspen Etc. It's only 30 minutes to the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our group had a wonderful time! The house was super clean and had all the amenities listed. Perfectly located off the main drag of WinterPark and within walking distance of basically everything even if you need to jump on the shuttle to get somewhere thats easy to.

This was an extremely nice condo, it had everything needed to cook a nice meal. Pool and hot tub access were awesome. Wifi didn't work, and unfortunately by the time we heard back from Freddy it didn't really matter- but it was only $5 to get wifi for the night through the main hotels wifi. There was a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent, and some soaps and other nice little amenities. Overall a nice, quiet and scenic stay.
