Le gîte se trouve au coeur du charmant village de Saint-Victor. Cadre paisible, invitant au repos et à la détente, avec vue directe sur le château de Montardy et les vallons de la campagne ribéracoise. Idéal pour les randonneurs et cyclistes avec de nombreux départs de balades depuis le village même. Ce gîte pour 1 ou 2 personnes est entièrement separé de la maison principale et comprend une cuisine toute équipée, salle d'eau et WC, chambre avec lit double, jardin privatif et place de parking.

Le logement est proche de restaurants, d’activités adaptées aux familles, de la vie nocturne, de la rivière et principalement des sites touristiques importants dans la région.

Homestay Bellevue is perfectly exposed and enjoys a splendid view, from sunrise to sunset, over the Dronne Valley. The 3*** outdoor accommodation is located on the garden level of a contemporary house with a separate entrance and access to the garden. The accommodation includes a large bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and covered and uncovered terrace overlooking the garden. A truly quiet, cozy and comfortable nest. Accommodation without living room or TV.

Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

A large living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob,kettle , filter coffee maker.) Bathroom with shower,sink and toilet hair available. Upstairs 2 rooms monthly, with 2 double beds. One tv in the living room and one in the room . Bed linen and towels are provided. In the back of the house, terrace overlooking the large garden. Table and chairs to enjoy outdoors.
